@Paytmcare @Paykarindia Very bad service on every customer care service platform till time my sound box is not delivered and charges deducting from last 2 months I have contacted many times through mails chat, calls on Twitter customer care. But my sound box is not delivered either deactivate till time.

@Paytm @Paytmcare has the worst customer support ever. Sent money to a number from my wallet but the recipient didn't receive anything. It doesn't even show which bank the money is been transferred to. Customer care never picks up the call, only the Bot answers
