    @Paytm I have booked a flight from your portal for travel date 28th April 2026 and due to airline rescheduling I had to cancel the flight, Airline has confirmed that full refund has been done but whenever I am trying to connect with Paytm support, I am unable to get any response.

    Paytm is the most fraud company. They cancelled my bus booking just 4 hours before onboarding , check order id 27016884836, other buses are now charging extra money only bcz of your pathetic service. @Paytmcare

    Paytm for Business has got to have one of the worst customer service systems Iโ€™ve ever dealt with. A โ€œspecialistโ€ is always being assigned but somehow never actually shows up. The AI bot just loops in the same useless response. @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
