    Ordered fastag via @Paytm ten days ago & havent received it yet. On enquiring with CC team, they have no clue of operations and gives standard reply of needing 24-48hrs to resolve the issue. On top of that, they dont even allow you to cancel the order, worst customer service

    Such a very disgusting and worst service of paytm postpaid . It changes more then 3% from the both reciver and sender. I want close this but they didn't give me proper solution and customer service is very poor @Paytmcare @Paytm @paytmpost

    Hey there, I'm anshuman dubey. I have been using paytm postpaid from a long time and now they are charging convenience fee every month as it was not part of their T&C. Kindly help regarding this or I'll stop using the same. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare first of all ! Dont you guys have any customer support where two human can actually communicate by speaking . Very disappointed by the services of paytm i want my money back its been total 4 days since the transaction has done ! Both of parties ignoring the thing!
