    I have booked a flight ticket from Paytm of indigo and there Is a minor correction required in name so nither paytm supports nither indigo supports and paytm never gets call connected to customer care and indigo airline says please contact to paytm @IndiGo6E @Paytm

    @Paytmcare @Paytm ticket not resolving its been more than 48 hrs Ticket id - 200012533196 No one is responding over chat, no option to call, what a worst service it is !!! Deducted money for bus ticket, that has been cancelled by bus operator, now no refund has been processed.

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @PhonePe_Support Iโ€™m facing an issue with a UPI payment that shows as successful, but the underlying transaction/payment issue remains unresolved. Iโ€™ve already tried to get this resolved but havenโ€™t received a satisfactory solution. Please look into the matter.

    It was primary app for me for everything until few years ago.. unfortunately.. now I donโ€™t open it in months.. For UPI - I have shifted to Super Money | PhonePe For everything else like bill payments, recharges, gas, electricity- I have shifted to Amazon Pay. The biggest issue for me is not the absence of rewards on PayTM, which I understand in a long run no one can sustain but charging extra on every payment method for everything except UPI doesnโ€™t sit right with me. On Amazon Pay, at least I can use their gift cards to pay and mostly they donโ€™t charge anything if we are choosing Amazon pay through some other app and use credit card. Though, my best wishes to @vijayshekhar sir and @Paytm but maybe make payments with no extra fee for using Credit cards.
