The sound box stopped working from 2nd day of installation. I have been trying to surrender it but no one is helping. On 2nd December 2020 I will be filling a FIR and COMPLAINT inthe Consumer forum. I have time to Paytm to settle my issues till then. @Paytm @PaytmBank @Cyberdost

@Paytm I ordered Portronics Type C and micro usb cables on 24th Nov, I received just usb type c and app shows both have been delivered. I contacted @Paytmcare they are claiming issue is resolved. If so, where is my micro usb cable?
