    Hey @PaytmCare, we're struggling to get a refund for a cancelled @AirIndiaX flight! Indigo refunded the amount, but it's stuck with Paytm. Your app's customer care isn't helpful. Please assist! Booking ID: 27015825561 PNR: H8579D LKO to BOM on 18 May 2026. itโ€™s been 3 Weeks.

    3 days ago an agent from Paytm came to me and gave me a sound box which stopped working the very next day and they also charged me money, now I am continuously calling but he is not picking my calls @Paytm @Paytmcare
