    @Paytmcare I have tried multiple times to connect via chat support but you guys didn't helped me out.. I had to pay almost 2000 extra interest,gst,etc...

    @Paytmcare I want to complete my full KYC but I am unable to do so. Everytime I provide with my Aadhaar Card or PAN Card or Voter Card , it shows "Documents already in use". Kindly do the needful and help me to update my KYC as soon as possible.

    @Paytmcare - Paid electricity bill yesterday and got convenience charges added. When I paid the electricity bill previously (May 2021), there was no additional charges. When I paid yesterday there was no notification of additional charges when I paid. Customer care is chatbot

    @Paytmcare @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar do you think this is legitimate? I have been asking to close my account but you taking ages to do so. You have opened the bank for namesake with abstract staff. Even more amusing is that customer care is abstracted as well. I would never use paytm again.
