    @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar ๐Ÿ“ฉ - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.

    @Paytmcare The problem is you can't go beyond your own hidden terms and conditions. Please refer you terms and conditions before assuring help. On payment page you showed as eligible for cashback once done nothing received when checked under order section it says only for first time users.
