    @Paytmcare @Paytm I am using Paytm postpaid since 1 years but due to some issues I am not able to pay full amount but your lending partner recovery agent call me 12 am night time and they abusing me..

    My experience with @Paytm UPI Lite is not great. A transaction takes too longer than normal UPI. It should quickly throw error instead of waiting soo long. @PhonePe any tentative release date for UPI Lite in your platform?

    How do I get in touch with someone from @Paytm ?? Automated replies from PayTM assistant doesn't resolve certain issues..

    @Paytmcare why paytm post-paid dont have Customer care we are facing more issue but still we cant able raise complete because the assistant dont have our requirements faq itself

    Hi, @PayTmPostpaid8 @Paytmcare @Paytm My postpay account has been blocked saying that I've overdue the amount but the due date is 5th of every month and the spends are done in feb. P.s your help chatbot is useless.
