2 days earlier an executive Shweta says it will take 3-4 weeks. Earlier 2 guys told it will take 7 working days. What is going on? No senior supervisor attending calls then why are they working? When will I get my money I want an answer? Please respond asap @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare @paytmbankcare I have completed the KYC, the app is asking to update PAN number. But on submitting it is showing error.I completed the KYC yesterday but the app still saying get kyc done over video call.Shopkeeper said kyc is completed. How to know if it's done or not
