@Paytm @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare sucks with their customer experience, never book a bus ticket with Paytm if operator cancels the bus they wouldn’t take the responsibility, they’ll simply throw you in the mess to handle for your refund (sic).

@Paytm @vijayshekhar I feel, mass know reality of your company that is why your IPO failed so miserablely. Instead of crying that time, you should have introspected and rectified the process of customer aquisition and satisfaction as those were the people who would have invested in your IPO.
