    @Paytm @Paytmcare Do you verify UPI /KYC for merchants? Apparently I have requested cancellation and refund from your merchant paytm-66977976@paytm and no feedback. This merchant turns out to be a fraud. Do you still have KYC valid for this account? Need help to get refund.

    @Paytmcare Hi Team My PAYTM SBI credit card was activated 3 months back and my PAYTM First membership is still not activated. There is no way I can get it sorted out through the customer support you are providing on the App, frankly it sucks. Hope this gets resolved here.

    @Paytm Hey I have booked a bus ticket on 19.11.21 from Rajkot to Gandhinagar. Unfortunately I booked it for 5.30 pm instead of 5.30 am, I tried cancelling the ticket but there was an error occurring. I had contacted your customer care dept but still my issue have not been resolved.

    @Paytmcare Paytm is still keeping mum on my tweet of non-credit of 844.9 having been paid by me to Paytm through SBI Card for payment of a bill of JioMart on 02/11. Complaint report system of Paytm is hopeless.24x7 help in App is arbitrary.
