    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare thanks for the reply. I am an old customer. Still why my KYC is not being updated. I went in person for KYC but no luck. Also UPI/ Net banking nothing is working that would help me pay against my Fastag. Can anything be done?

    @Paytm 4. Paytm will never recover your old account. I shared my documents multiple times but no gain. After every 1 or 2 months they will issue a fresh ticket id. And u have to start from zero explain your issues and they will no reply easily. Nor conect call before 40-60 minutes.

    @PaytmMoneyCare @Paytmcare Earlier I used to get contract note before 12 midnight. From the past couple of days I am nor getting before 3am. Today I still have nkt received it. Not sure if the support guys are sleeping but I think you should do your job properly

    @Paytmcare It has been almost 11days but still my number was not changed. I was promised the number will within 24 hours but no updates or changes made. Worst service ever I want the issue to address ASAP. Old paytm no-7381090091
