Booked @IRCTCofficial train ticket from @Paytm, amount deducted and ticket also not processed. From 15 days they're saying amount will be refunded in 2-3 working days but not credited yet. Are there systems working?

Rs. 18000 Deducted from my account during UPI transaction via @Paytm but not credited to beneficiary account. #sbibank And I didn't get the refund also. @Paytm customer support is pathetic and not supportive and direct saying to go to bank and ask for refund
