@Paytmcare @Paytm I have requested for my paytm postpaid account closure on 3rd sept. I have also received a message from Paytmcare. But now I am asked to pay 11.75/- due to convince charges. I am unable to pay the due amount. I am very badly disappointed about the service.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare i had a word with senior team and my monthly rental was fixed under a offer for rs.49 and also it got waived off after receiving monthly 30 transaction but my rs.135 has been charged despite being receiving 30 transaction. Such a pathetic service.
