    @re_travel_food @Paytm @PaytmMoney I can understand but customer care agents are there to help their customers right but in my case they are not taking appropriate action only saying to wait for 15 days. If Salary is got Stucked for 20 days then how can I survive ? I lost my job I don't have amount to go office.

    @Paytmcare Please share your grievance officer contact details as well as please share policy wallet ombudsman complaint. I am really very frustrated from your customer support. I will never even install Paytm app in my mobile after issue resolution. Be loyal to your customers.

    @Paytm i have been trying to connect to your team about a fraudulent transaction from my PAYTM upi account where money(₹9000) has been deducted twice but no help has been given in the matter. Is that the customer service from a brand like yourself? @CMODelhi @jagograhakjago

    Order ID, Complaint ID. Both are submitted. Still no real response. I hardly care about the refund but I just want to put this on the forum that @Paytm hardly accounts itself for any refund related complaints. There is not so effective customer care feature on the app. [1/2]

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why company don't have any customer care no to contact for a stock related issues, Company has provided the SEBI's no which is absolutely useless and It's been nearly 10 days Company has frozen my and my wife's account for very unnecessary reasons Fmly KYC.
