    @Paytm @Paytmcare @__Paytm___ After this I personally recommend all, not to use paytm products. As there is no proper disclosure of policies. Also the support can't give a proper reply.

    @PaytmBank @PaytmFirstGames @Paytmcare They have restricted my receiving limit without any valid reason, it is totally unsafe to keep money in Paytm payment bank, this app is harassing users illegally. Do not keep money in this app fraud app. Customer support is also very poor.

    @Paytmcare Extermely poor customer care, pathetic service, you only loot money from merchant in illegal ways. SMS alerts were off still Rs. 25 deducted from payout from my business account. Ticket number alloted 50192659, but no charges reversal even after a lapse of a week.

    @PaytmMall @Paytm worst experience on order. You cannot return the non returnable item and you cannot contant customer care to even complain. Fooling the customers in these difficult covid times. Pathetic service

    @Paytmcare Hi on 1st April you said you have initiated refund and also mentioned that the amount will be credited in my account within 7 days , today is 7th day but I have not received any amount in my bank account.. why you give false hopes to the customer s. @paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare Even after directives to refund bookings on cancelled flights due to COVID, Paytm has yet to refund my tickets booked a YEAR ago and to top that, doesn't even respond to my service tickets and eventually closes them citing no activity! Never book flights from Paytm!
