@vijayshekhar building a big company is not a big thing ..solving customer problem is thing ..every time I call customer care for refund ever time they say wait for 2-3 days …are you guys playing with customer ..speice jet have allready refund you a money on February @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Highly disappointed with Paytm's pathetic FasTAG payment service. On 10th April 2022, Rs.425 got deducted TWICE from my Paytm wallet for FasTAG payments on Chandigarh-Delhi journey. I need customer care to call me & refund Rs. 425 into my Paytm wallet at the earliest.
