  @PaytmCare You are completely dodging the core issues: 1. Misleading UX: Why display a targeted "Get assured ₹50 cashback" banner on an active user's checkout screen if they are algorithmically ineligible? That is classic deceptive design (Dark Pattern).

  @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.

  It’s been a week of messaging @Paytm and @Paytmcare on X and Facebook about being unable to access Paytm on my phone. All I’ve received are automated replies—no actual support and no resolution. @Paytm is this what you consider acceptable customer service?
