@Paytm @Paytmcare Hi, I am currently out of India and having a single sim phone. I am having local sim in my phone (smart) and Indian sim in a different phone (non smart). I want to continue with Paytm but I am getting error that sim is not present. Can't I login using OTP?

@Paytmcare I recharged my paytm Fastag account using CRED, however the account is not showing the credit despite amount deducted from bank & at CRED as well showing success to paytm using BBPS method why credit is not reflecting, or it is the deliberate way of siphoning customer

@PaytmBusiness @Paytm I have a issue with merchant speaker so I returned the speaker to concerned person but last 3 months they didn't respond me to replace the speaker so I join the Bharath pe it was quick response there's side @bharatpeindia

@Paytm What is my fault? Only I have make Payment through Paytm and my cashback is stuck for more 7 days, poor service or you are doing fraud.

@Paytmcare @PaytmBank my issue of unable to receive payment since past 4 days has not been fixed even after repeated complaints. Ticket ID- 3211397985. If you guys are unable to provide a resolution, inform the same. I’ll just close my account with Paytm.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve made payment on 21-08-2022 and transaction got failed but amount got deducted I haven’t received refund amount yet. Called several times on your customer service they said they have refunded in my amount but still not reflecting in my account.
