Dear @Paytm and Mr @vijayshekhar My credit card bill paid on 05 Oct 22 via Paytm Wallet is neither reflecting in my Credit Card statement nor the payment is traceable by Axis Bank with the UTR # mentioned in the payment details. I want a immediate solution on this..kindly help.

I have done a payment for buying a Copoun of 10000/- from paytm of Amazon, the amount is debited from my account poor service by @Paytmcare @Paytm , the transaction was successful from my side but from your end could not generate the Coupon and asking time to refund, poor service

@Paytm @Paytmcare I had purchased a gift voucher last year and I have not been able to redeem it till now. The voucher code is not working. Have raised the issue countless times to the support team but there is no response to the ticket raised. Extremely pathetic & disappointing
