@PaytmBusiness @paytmcare the customer care team call back at their own will and do not have any resolution, give us some random steps to perform and then we wait again for a call back from them and in the meantime they close the ticket and then the cycle start from ZERO

Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm you are not letting me close my paytm account. After filing multiple complaints and calling for more than 29 times none of your support executives are taking calls. So by this you force your user to not delete their accounts.
