@Paytmcare @Paytm i had a due around 1180 on my paytm postpaid for which due date was 7th Feb 2023 but due to my banking server i had done the payment on 8th Feb morning but still you have charged late fee, i request to refund the same as i have not done it purposely

@Paytm @PaytmPostpaid6 post paid Account with mobile no 7042643789 was due on 7th Feb. tried paying it before due date but bank UPI was down and wasn't able to pay. Now 1 day delayed without any email/sms of due date reminder, have been charged late fees of rs 590. Pls refund
