    @Paytm very disappointed with paytm I am user and I can't solve my query I call them and messege them but no one can solve my query it's 17 days but no one solve my query very worst application and customer support

    One of d worst service I've ever faced, I took a loan from Paytm few months back on interest of 24%pa, now I'm trying to repay d same they are not allowing me to close it & d bad news is customer executive even don't know closing process @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @paytmbankcare

    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @Paytm Its been quite some time I have been asking for the refund for excess payment cut for fast tag. With out the refund, the paytm has closed down the complaint also (paytm care Reference No.: 189234121) as well. Its so ridiculous. Do the needful.

    @Paytm I am unable to login to Paytm account, considering I am not receiving OTP as I am currently in a remote location, while I am looking to recharge Paytm Fastag to travel back to Mumbai tomorrow 20th May (sure this email will get addressed once I reach Mumbai) driving 1800Kms

    @Paytmcare Hi paytm Sir, I transferred the amount on the 17th, which is still showing pending and was not being contacted on customer care, tweeted in yesterday also.🤔

    @Paytm They wont close account even after sharing all necessary documents. And irony is every 2 days they say 'we haven't heard frm yor so closing case.' Worse customer service ever.

    @paytmmallcare Thank you @Paytm @Paytmcare For the refund.. appreciate the customer oriented approach.. however, please blacklist those suppliers and vendors who supply wrong/low quality goods via your platform and in other way defame you. Appreciate again.

    @Paytmcare Refund status for PNR VSHRHP and YAIURS, RAN - 0005786202 and 0005786130. It’s been over a year the tickets are cancelled. Pathetic service.
