    @Paytm @Paytmcare wrost rent payment service, i used first time with my brother account by 1Nov 11:28PM but still its showing in inprogress state. now from tomorrow all bank holidays are going to start, so this too much frustating during diwali one amount in stuck mode my.

    Your customer care is even worse saying that only 1 offer is given per transaction even when I ask them to remove the other one! If @paytm @Paytmcare is only about 'terms and conditions', then make it clear that you only care about yourself and not the customers!

    @Paytmcare @Paytm The transferring of kyc is taking hell lot of time. No executive is solving my problem in 24*7 chat as well. Have send so many msgs with no reply from the executive. Procedure is so time taking, no communication, no solution to my problem. Pathetic service.

    Hey @Paytm : What's the strange logic of not allowing UPI to top up the wallet ? I mean there is the direct bank option but if I don't want to use it. Your FAQ says NPCI or bank issues but UPI on other apps seems working as normal

    @Paytmcare customer care service is so bad of the paytm that it is taking so long to solve the problem of transferring kyc from and phone number to another. 24*7 service not answering in chat. Contacting executive gives no solution for the problem. Pathetic service.
