Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

@Paytm 1. Your Paytm Mall must be offloaded to a separate entity ( even for website and app) 2. We are paytm users, we come to Paytm app for services/business. My April transaction through Paytm was 55k and I am highly disappointed with stupid adds. (Remove Adds)

@Paytm Add 3 buttons like scan any qr instead and allow users direct acess to more services access in front page without much scroll down. Your ad can be popped up in good ways other than adding in homepage.
