One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

Your representatives from Jalgaon, Maharashtra strung us along for 2 weeks to get a damn QR code approved, took at least 25-30 OTPs, harassed ******** out of our staff and now they are asking for more documents.
