  @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

  Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

  @Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

  @GooglePay @PhonePe_ @Paytm The customer care of some companies operate only in select languages. It should be made mandatory for companies to serve their customers in their local language. A customer doesn’t necessarily need to know Hindi or English. #Hindi_Theriyathu_Poda

  Booked a bus from Kasol to Delhi, but the bus got cancelled. I was suppose to get refund of 3147 from paytm but no refund as been intiated yet & Have no clue whom to speak abt this, disappointed with ur service @Paytm @hp_tourism @HimachalToursT1

  Very bad services by paytm. Paid for broadband bill to airtel, amount deducted from account but not received at the airtel's end. No response from Paytm customer care number nor from the so called 24*7 help section of paytm. @Paytmcare please help.

  @Flipkart @Paytm very disappointed, it's like cheating with customer. amount has been debited twice from paytm wallet but order not placed, i hv wallet statement. Paytm saying ask flipkart. but flipkart customercare saying due to transaction failed we r not liable for refund.

  @Paytm i was having a issue with credit score. I opened ticket , they didn't solved my problem and still they closed my ticket, I tried calling unable to contact customer executive. #paytm help me out.
