    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

    @Paytmcare I try to book local train monthly pass on UTS app, my money gets deducted but in the end I got error message on paytm payment Page.this ridiculous paytm payment page.

    @Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

    @Paytm been trying to explain one of my issue to your customer care for like couple of weeks. They are so dumb. You need to change your CS team for sure

    Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

    @Paytmcare It's pathetic being a Paytm customer and not able to get any kind of customer assistance individually. Paid my postpaid bill,,and still it's due,,what if we dosnt have any Twitter account ????????

    @Paytm @PaytmPostpaid @PaytmBusiness I made a transaction of 3000)- on 8thNov but the same not been credited to the recipient till now and the money has not been refunded to me back yet. There is no call centre no to help there is only IVR option on the number provided.

    Worst service ever given by Paytm. There is almost 7 days done but their team is not able to find solution of a small problem. Paytm account has been showing flagged. @Paytm @Paytmcare
