Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

@Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

2. I tried to contact decathlon they said it's a fault from the banks end, the bank (Paytm Payments Bank) says there's an issue from the merchant's end. It's really annoying, making payments are so easy while getting a refund for the sane is so cubersome. @Paytm @Decathlon_India

@paytm @Paytmcare one of the worst customer service I have ever seen for a widely used payment system. Their service center is run by a bot and can't connect me to a real agent. They never reply dms. FRAUD! My money is lost!!
