@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

@Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

@Paytmcare Now not at all showing postpaid balance or postpaid option in the payment option. If not upgraded at least don't degrade by taking out the option of postpaid facility. It says couldn't reach server for fetching credit score?? Resolve the issue soon.

@Paytmcare @Rajiv8021 It's also happened with me I used Paytm postpaid actively since the time when Paytm launched Postpaid services apart from user's interest and despite of regular clearance of dues suddenly Postpaid Service is withdraw, currently I also avoiding use of paytm account #paytmpostpaid

@Paytm I have book a ticket on paytm from Delhi to Patna for 9 April .In between the journey bus operator will drop me before 80 km from my destination .I have done a complain on 10 April but till now I cant get action on it.Bad service by #Paytm .
