@Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

@Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

@PaytmBusiness @Paytm I paid on Swiggy on 22-06-2021 Rs. 204/-. I must had got Rs. 50/- as per offer expiring that day but Paytm applied Rs. 30/- cashback as per offer which would expire on 15-07-2021. Contacting Customer Care since then via in app help, twitter and mail but no resolution yet. VeryBad

@RBI @RBIsays I want to tell that @Paytm is a whole FRAUD bank. They have sent to me invoice of 4500, transaction that was not even done by me. When i complained they are telling that you have only done the transaction. This is cheating and they are not ready to listen. Help me.
