    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

    @Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

    Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

    @Paytmcare allow me to add money damn it My @FASTag_NETC is connected. You want me to do the KYC but the app runs into an error when I try to do the KYC. WHAT ****** SERVICE, man.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare paytm postpaid customer service is worst my bank server was down I was unable to pay the postpaid amount then charge 100 fine and started calling 10 times a day for 100 rupees. If bank server is down how can a person use his upi to pay, they even not listen you
