    Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

    @Paytmcare I try to book local train monthly pass on UTS app, my money gets deducted but in the end I got error message on paytm payment Page.this ridiculous paytm payment page.

    @Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Dear Team, i have been trying to close my Fasttag in paytam. It's not allowing me to close it. Error"Fasttag not delivered". but have been using this tag more than 3 years. As there is no call center agent to talk from payTm

    @Paytm worst Customer care service support, all 3rd staff enabled. They just hired un educated members. I think that's the reason you are getting loss.

    @Paytmcare My flight booking was labelled as "Failed" from your end. 1 hour later I received a mail from @IndiGo6E confirming my booking. I immediately contacted your customer care and apprised them of the situation.
