    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar (1/2)had order Philips Steam Iron box GC1905 from PAYTM MALL on 7th Jan.. got a used & broken product on 10 Jan, placed a return immly, was picked up on 10 Jan.. apparently, PAYTM does not refund, it only replaces a product.

    @Paytm been trying to explain one of my issue to your customer care for like couple of weeks. They are so dumb. You need to change your CS team for sure

    Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

    @Paytmcare I try to book local train monthly pass on UTS app, my money gets deducted but in the end I got error message on paytm payment Page.this ridiculous paytm payment page.

    @Paytm I have bus at 10:50 which is cancellation protected, I am trying to cancel ticket since an hour. Not able to. There's error in cancellation. I'll loose the whole amount of it doesn't happen. I have already dropped 24*7 msg complaint. Resolve it. ASAP

    @Paytmcare paytm is raising charges day by day I have an paytm postpaid since last month it was 50rs. Late fee now its 100. For 500. maintenance charges as well tried to contact but didn't resolved so their business is getting up customers support getting worse #paytmmatkaro

    I booked train tickets by IRCTC and made payment through Paytm my amount is debited but ticket not booked didn't receive confirmation through Paytm. I tried to connect somebody on chat but I am unable to connect Paytm customer service is not good at all. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytm I raised a ticket in Paytm 24×7 support in paytm for canceling my Beast ticket booked via paytm in Sangam Cinemas Chennai for 7.50 a.m on 16.04.2022 at 6.00 pm and I was promised that an executive will contact me but I am yet to receive any response from customer support

    @Paytmcare sir it's more than 8 days and still customer will have to wait for his money which is under process raised concern twice still waiting for solution. earlier it was told that you will get it within 24 hours
