Not only me but other colleagues have been facing same issue. I called 3 @Paytm KYC centres today. One of the KYC centre fellow advised me to close @Paytm and @PaytmBank relationships because @Paytm is in trouble and may not survive. I was shocked.

@Paytm i am transferring my money from my account to my father's account but due to some technical glitch payment failed and money was deducted from my account now neither sbi is taking the complaint as the payment was successful nor paytm refunded.

I tried reaching out to customer care, but the responses are vague and robotic. There’s no real update, no accountability, and no commitment to resolve the issue. The support system feels like a dead end. Is this how @Paytm treats its users?
