    @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.

    @Paytmcare My UPI Lite balance is still zero after a failed transaction on March 30. Refund received for the failed transaction, but my existing balance vanished. Human support is non existent and the AI bot keeps closing my tickets. Please help! Ticket: #200011160946

    @Paytmcare your Paytm app is no more that effective and the support window is hard to find. It is better to explore rest payment options than Paytm.

    @Paytmcare I think you don't understand simple english. No help is provided so far. I still didn't get my upi lite balance. Would advise everyone to uninstall Paytm and switch to another upi app.
