If you want to know the health of a company call their Customer Care. @Paytmcare does anyone at care actually care anymore. Emails, Tweets & call to helpline yet no resolution. The call center executive who answered actually told me "you are calling again and again" LOL

@Paytm Had been a paytm customer for many years. It has been my go to app for all my digital transactions. Of late, it has been totally disappointing. Had booked train tickets using paytm app. Can't find them in my train booking history. And the paytm help is so frustrating.
