@Paytmcare Hello I am a Paytm user. And I used it form 3-4 years ago. By mistake yesterday I deleted my Paytm account, after that when I reinstall and login from my number, the account was changed. I mean same phone number, same bank account but no existing Paytm account.

@Paytm I was doing a transaction with PAYTM Postpaid the transaction failed yet the balance was deducted from my Postpaid and it happened twice . Your Help and support section says that i will get my money back in 48 hours bt now its been 4 days now i haven't got me money back.

@Rohitpa53200132 @Paytmcare This is an issue with Paytm they don't resolve query quickly and customer have to suffer like in this case @Rohitpa81072977 is suffering weather if he needs emergency loan he could not get it because of it
