@Paytmcare @Paytm Please escalate ticket#184788634. I have never seen such a worst customer care service than PayTm. Instead of clearly explaining the issue with all the error screenshot, they are not providing the resolution and just giving me the generic reply of copy paste.

@jagograhakjago @Paytmcare I ordered a pos machine on 25th Feb, it's been 12 days since but paytm is neither giving me machine nor refund, they are not even allowing me speak through call center, only option raising ticket, it doesn't have option of my issue. How ll I contact ?

@Paytmcare @Paytm I'm facing some serious problem with paytm services like paytm postpaid and recharge. I've tried reaching paytm care but everytime i contact them, they give silly excuse and not solve my problem. Please assign someone, help me solve my problem.
