    @paytmbankcare @Paytm Hi .. I have raised my problem MONTHS AGO but still my problem is not solved and asking and giving me silly suggestions by PAYTM SUPPORTS instead of RE-SOLVING my problem PAYTM is asking me again and again same thing and not paying attention on my PROBLEM.

    Why cant @paytm have a proper customer service number? Cant reach to customer service on the phone as its keep me engaged in automated ivr and i tried to chat but there also a bot is chatting and i cant get to a real person… worst customer service

    Request you to please take note of this recurring problem🙏 #DelhiMetro is a safe space especially for working women. Despite a separate URL for smartcard recharge, the @PayTM problem remains the same. An alternative is desperately needed. @OfficialDMRC @DCP_DelhiMetro
