@Paytm @Paytmcare Worst customer care support. During the purchase of fastag sticker all the rc copy would be uploaded and then only Paytm will provide the sticker. Suddenly they hav deactivated my fastag stating to re-upload my rc copy after using the sticker for 1 year.

@Paytmcare Checked and found your reply that was very poor... refused to refund money on what basis..Why you don't want to refund the money if bus it's cancelled by the operator. Paytm is doing what if not able to resolve the customer problem

@Paytm @vijayshekhar dear paytm, a fraud happened on my a/c. Someone msg me from my fb friend id and asked for 10k. I gave the amount, later it turned out a fraud. I called my bank they told that the account link to Paytm Bank which connect to 7891715249 ramu saini. Can you help

@consaff grievance no 2670891 complaint was filed on 10th April ,2021 and last update by u is on 12 th April. Is der any movement happening if yes then y is der no update. Please help as I am doing regular follow up with @Paytmcare but there is no help and only false assurance.
