    Writing this post to highlight a very serious issue with customer service of Paytm. After clearing all dues of Paytm postpaid services i had used in the month of Oct 2022 still the team is continuously harrassing over call without investigating the case @Paytm @PaytmBank @RBI

    @Paytm Hi, Today i drove 40Km and trying to add money in wallet for fastag but ur representative told me that my wallet is temporary blocked. How could you block my wallet without any intimation and there is no alternate to use fastag. Who will pay for my fuel and my time.

    @Paytmcare Really I Had Very bad experience, In paytm I am completing my kyc at that time I'm Showing original copy of Pan card But that person told be this is e copy & That person put my kyc in letter address verification, please help me to resolve my kyc problems
