    @Paytm Never use paytm, they sell their roduct with huge promises but at the time of need shows their back. They have no service after sale. You keep on calling but no response. So I will request all not to use paytm.

    Booked RSRTC bus via Paytm (Sirsa → Sri Ganganagar, 21 Apr 2026, 10:58 AM). No bus info, no staff support at pickup point. Conductor first refused ticket, later allowed on adjustment. Faced delay & stress. Please take action & provide refund. @Paytm @RSRTC_OFFICIAL

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare It has been 3-4 days and my issue remains unresolved. Despite your claims, the 'other wallet' option is still active. Please escalate this immediately. If you cannot fix this, initiate the removal of the Soundbox from my store as I no longer wish to use your service

    @Paytmcare Thank you for the update. I would like to request that this case be treated as a denied boarding issue and not as a standard non-refundable cancellation. I had presented a valid original ID, but it was incorrectly considered duplicate by the airline staff. I request you to kindly coordinate with the airline and ensure a fair resolution with a full refund. PNR: 14N04D Looking forward to a prompt update.
