2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I had made the payment to a merchant of Rs. 1300/- but he did not receive the payment and denied services to me, whereas in my paytm account the transaction shown as successful. I raised the issue with your customer care but no resolution has been provided till datr.
