2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare paytm do fraud via paytm bus service i booked the bus tickets on paytm but bus not come on pick up point. and customer care suggest me travel with another bus service and raise a complaint for refund. after 7 days they denied for refund.

PayTM is one of the biggest fraud. I bought my vehicle insurance policy on August 13, 2021 but it is not yet updated to RTO! to reach customer care there is no option of it Order ID. 14713310058. kindly get in touch @Paytm @jagograhakjago @Paytmcare

@Paytm @PaytmTravelCare Don't cheat a customer with this sort of service. Booking was done last year and it's been a year n half no refund has been done.I wouldn't recommend anyone to avail these services of your company which is basically giving mental harassment to customer.
