    @Paytmcare @Paytm 2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error please help i have already dm you

    @Paytmcare Ticket ID 200011268198 closed without proper resolution. Kindly help ASAP. @vijayshekhar being a great admirer & a long term user, it hurts seeing the emotional connect and customer support falling out. I hope it rises up.

    @Paytmcare paytm business customer service is the worst customer service i ever faced, last time they scammed me with telling me lie about the monthly rental and deducted money and now again they gave me 1 rupee monthly rental soundbox and then changed it with 40 rupee rental

    Really disappointed with Paytm’s service. There’s no proper resolution to issues, and reaching customer support is a struggle. Even when you do get through, they don’t listen they just repeat their scripted responses. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness
