2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

@Paytm You will say that you are best service provider but transactions made using Paytm are failing in last one month and no action from your team to look into customer issues.Before giving ads,just check and address customer issues so that they will have faith on you

@jsamal527 @Paytm That's means money got stucked in UPI server. This happened with me so many times. Money got deducted from my account and the merchant also declines the transaction. Also Unable to find transaction details in UPI service provider history. In this case amount is refunded in 72 hr.

conversation with @JioMart they given me refund reference number and told me talk to bank.After conversation with @ICICIBank they told me talk to @Paytm and ask about a mail regarding money refund but customer not respond After 25 days refund money not credited to my account 1/2
