2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

since aaround 3years @Paytmcare failed to update my pancard. i raised so ticket so many times, but no use. And in last week, as per your support associate's request i sent my pancard image also. Eventhough he failed to update my pancard. he updated a wrong pan number. @PaytmBank

@Paytm @Paytmcare your ivr is absolutely rubbish. When someone wants to speak to a person for help we have to go in circles and listen to 7-8 options after choosing an option. Need someone to call me and resolve an issue
