2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

@Paytm I have been facing issues while using Paytm Postpaid and it is showing as "Something went wrong". It has been more than 8-9 days, I'm unable to make pay through Postpaid and it is really frustrating because I have made complaints, I have tried to understand what is wrong.

@gischethans See PayTMcare's replies.. many are complaining about account blocking. I don't know how genuine are they(*account holder didn't do anything wrong) but seems payments banks aren't safe. Company can block accounts on its discretion.?

@Paytm Postpaid is an absolutely ridiculous service. Their system and CS/CX team is absolutely poor. I was incorrectly charged a late fee of Rs. 600 in my last bill, and after multiple tickets raised, the CS team waived off the late fee, but that never reflected in the statement.
