2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare SpiceJet cancelled my return flight and confirmed the refund was processed to Paytm on 8 Jan 2026. It’s been 5+ days and the money is still missing. Your support is only a bot, keeps reopening the same ticket, and no human has responded once.
