2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

@Paytm Please don't go with Paytm kro. I complains so many times but nothing like helping . Now i have decided to deactivate that soundbox. Here you can see , customer complaining and no one taking responsibility to change that sound box Although they are charging monthly rent. Scammer

@Paytmcare I'm a small merchant, I didn't had the soundbox still my 125₹ was deducted from my paytm wallet, customer service is very poor. They are hanging up my call and not helping in any way. It's been 5-6 days. Why the amount has been deducted if there is no soundbox??
