2 days back i made a payment of 1500 through paytm bank via phone pe and it shown me successful and account balance got deducted and the merchant site shows an error ,There is not good response from Help and support Please help me ASAP🥺 @Paytmcare

Can i upgrade my paytm account (complete full kyc) now? It shows Paytm video kyc is available and when I talk to customer care about mismatch of my adhar on Paytm app they said "we aren't accepting at the moment". @Paytmcare @paytm
