@Paytm @Paytmcare Previously to pay Electricity bill, WBSEDCL website used to charge transaction fee, Paytm didn't. Now, the tide have turned and it's the other way around.

@Paytmcare Amounting to Rs 2664.09 deducted vide RRN 108886783659 DTD 29 March 2021 but not received by IRCTC nor refund in my account till date.I also contacted with SBI bank, informed me to contact paytm authority.Please resolve the issue for refund the said amount
