    @Paytmcare Filed compliant for no network in edc machine A50, no resolution and complaint closed, filed a complaint again and the agent assigned says he does not have the access to the edc machine, he takes care of the sound box machine. Ticket ID: 500004610643

    Hello @Paytmcare, I made payment to a merchant who is using your QR, My balance is deducted & the transaction status in my UPI app is showing success but the merchant didn't receive the money. Either My balance should be refunded or merchant should have received. please help me
