Hey @bankofbaroda , @PhonePe , @Paytm, your apps are showing my account balance as zero, which is incorrect. I was able to make a transaction, so I know the funds are there. Is there a system-wide issue? This can cause unnecessary panic for customers. #DigitalIndia #Banking

Indian govt made @Paytm the company they are, when Modi ji declared demonetisation. Now @Zoho has best opportunity of their lifetime to make it count. I hope they do, and aim higher. Improve their support, quality, reduce implementation cost by ai , distribution & desire to beat.

Raised complaint with @Paytm @Paytmcare but support was a joke—stuck with an AI bot repeating “no refund.” No option to reach a real person. Tried calling customer care but line was always busy. Query still unresolved. Absolutely disgraceful & frustrating experience!

@Paytmcare My Paytm Soundbox only turns on and off, the volume can be increased or decreased, and the welcome sound plays, but the voice prompts for payment received are not working. Also this is refurbished new box ,why not working plzz mapping my device
