@paytmbankcare @vijayshekhar @Paytm I have done my video KYC twice successfully if not more as confirmed by your executive. But still my paytm is not allowing P2P transfer. I am not doing any more KYCs. Pl get it sorted. This is horrible service.

@Paytmcare The issue still remains the same. I have tried in different pcs and browsers but the bug isn't removed yet. I think there is a glitch in my account, not the browser. I request you to provide me a remedy as soon as possible or else I have to suspend the account.

@Paytmcare regarding order 13830457002. Delivery is extening day by day. It supposed to deliver on 11 June but not it's showing 21 June. So cancel it and refund my amount. I don't want this much delay. Please do consider and help.
