@Paytmcare I think we should close the issue since shamelessly u are doing nothing from last 2 months or so for a issue of minutes. I am to short list all n remove ac of all the e marchant who takes peace of mind and kills customers time n Paytm is on the top of the list....

@Paytm @Paytmcare Nightmare to get customer support on an existing account. Despite sharing a screenshot of the problem no response. The joke is they are asking for my SIM activation certificate, old credit card bills, Aadhar ( + 5 proofs) and whatnot to solve the login problem

there is some issue with paytm i opened the contact us option, got a call a person told that he's from paytm postpaid and sent me an otp when i denied that he told me to install anydesk for sharing screen... kindly take strict action that person @Paytm @Paytmcare

Hello @Paytmcare I'm your paytm postpaid user it's going good but I have a suggestion you are giving postpaid in means of application for some purpose like Petrol pump,Shopping,Train tickets etc., but in that rental is not working and TRY REPLACE THE POSTPAID TO SOME CREDIT CARDS

Because of @Paytm @Paytmcare app issues - My Paytm Postpaid payment got delayed . I reached out to Paytm Customer support b4 due date many a times but did nt get any response. Once the due date was over , I am getting 101 calls a day to pay 800 INR late fee for no reason
