    @Paytmcare What’s the problem with paytm.there is customer care. I am suddenly not able to ise my postpaid ac.asking for upgrade,and there is no option for upgrade and don’t know how I connect with paytm customer care. Not good

    @Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare can anyone say when i will get my gold from my locker. this not the good way to treat your consumer. I only get the response that we are working but still no ETA provided. How can I trust ?

    Looks like @paytm is not interested in resolving my issue. Is there an ombudsman that one can escalate the matter to. @Paytmcare keeps ignoring and my queries by sending same responses again and again. No attempt to even understand the real issue.
