Aman Singh (@AmanSingh_2511) reported@nuegoindia @Paytmcare I wouldn't be traveling again with nuego. Faced serious issues first time. Work got hampered, plans got canceled and much more. The credit won't be required. Moreover, got similar or much worse feedback for nuego when discussed the same with other frequent travellers.

Their customer care have asked me to reach out to Paytm customer care to initiate the refund process but I am unable to get hold of a human agent.

OTAKU (@OtakuProcess) reportedYeah sure, it still has a defunct UPI Lite account which I made on my last phone and given it wasn’t ported, I wasn’t allowed to open a new one. This has been an issue since 2023. Happy @Paytm or even @ICICIBank iMobile user now.

The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.
