I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

Please open Paytm > Menu (☰) > My Payment Settings > Settings/Saved Payment Details & Other Settings, then swipe left on the saved card/account and tap Delete. Kartikey Mehta (@kartikey_design) reported@Paytm completely sucks... They are so ****** in terms of thir customer service. I had a bus booked through paytm which is delayed by almost 1.5 hours. Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.
