    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve already closed my shop, but I’m still being charged ₹125/month for the Paytm Soundbox service. I request you to deactivate the Soundbox permanently and refund the amount charged after shop closure. Please resolve this at the earliest. 🙏

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Pathetic experience! Booked bus tickets, bus never came, operator didn’t pick calls. Waited 1.5 hrs with family & finally had to book another bus via @redBus. Worst service ever😐

    Paytm --as a PSP-- is great, but their customer service and support is really pathetic. They themselves don't know what they are suggesting and what is the actual issue! Please re-structure your mechanism, its really hopeless, even @vijayshekhar ji will criticize. @Paytmcare

    @airindia @Paytm @Paytmcare i have booked tickets from your platform in Sunday, for return journey and paid, now due to reshedule their is issue of disconnecting flight. If I asked to cancel entries booking,I was told by paytm they deduct 7.5k per person, why am suffering 1/2
