    @Paytmcare I paid Rs 197 for purchasing an item from Flipkart and got coupon code having discount of 85% on purchasing Bluetooth Earbuds from 99store. I I have canceled the order but didn't get refund and more irritating the Website's helpline is not working. Is this fraud Paytm?

    @Paytmcare Update: @Paytm customer support finally called me regarding my unresolved ticket. What’s concerning is the complete contradiction in responses. 1. Initially, Paytm’s chatbot clearly confirmed that the transaction had failed and the ticket was auto-cancelled.

    @Paytmcare We have still jot received any support from @Paytmcare or @flyspicejet on this matter. The operational incompetence of SpiceJet and the systemic failures of Paytm’s service ecosystem represent a staggering betrayal of consumer trust that borders on professional negligence.
