@Paytm @Paytmcare My mother is min KYC and added Rs 4000 to her paytm wallet. Her KYC was completed on 27Nov at your specified merchant. Still showing that KYC is not complete. Please credit the Rs 4000 back to funding a/c if you don't allow her full service @RBI
