@Paytmcare @Paytm Your customer service is extremely poor. Have been trying to followup on my stuck order for last 10 days. Best is you have removed the telephone support so that you can ignore complaints. Really bad service.

I have been trying to raise my issue on your app’s 24*7 help and support for months now and haven’t gotten any apt response to resolve my issue. You don’t have any customer care helpline on which there are actual representatives to talk to, not a single email suport @Paytm

@Paytmcare hi i have made payment through paytm postpaid of 3063/- which I got refund on 28 jan but I discontinue paytm postpaid service far before after making all payment. The payment which refund need to credit in my account but it's not done yet.
