    @Paytmcare Hi Team, My Ticket ID is 3205399865. It has been many days since I requested for change in my Name of Paytm, but yet it has not been resolved. You are simply providing a default message saying to update your PAN and provide a scaned image. But my issue is a name change

    @yogi_yogendra1 @Paytmcare That are doing the same thing with many others too. You can google and find out that this is the tactic they use with everyone. Don't wait any longer, initiate immediate legal action against them with the help of @getmyrefundin so that you can get your money back from them.

    @Paytm The worst customer service. I put a request on Paytm to unblock my account. I raised the request on Saturday. No update from the customer service side. I have uploaded the KYC Documents as well but they are saying this is not. I get the reply on that more than 30 hours before.
