@Paytmcare I tried booking tickets via irctc but transaction was failed. If I check with irctc they are pointing at hdfc bank and hdfc is pointing to Paytm and Paytm is saying they will help me raise chargeback but still haven't received the link! @Paytmcare can u please help?

@Paytm i have an issue with transaction, amount is deducted and my tickets status is not booked. Tried calling customer care many times but its all looks like **** not even a single response. I need my refund asap otherwise i have to switch to other payment apps.

@Paytmcare Worst customer service in India award should go to Paytm. My KYC is already done still I'm unable to use my wallet, it shows upgrade your KYC and when I click on that it shows your KYC is done, can you guys be even a little responsible and look into this matter?
