  What a pathetic customer service is thi, @Paytm? I asked why the minimum order value wasn't mentioned in Flipkart's T&Cs, and your executive is just reading back the voucher terms instead of answering my question.

  @PaytmBank @Paytm - Look at this from your Chatbot. We are living in the age of AI and your apps conversation goes like this. My 6-year-old can create a better bot using Claude than your customer care. Me: I want to transfer my balance and FD out of Paytm Payments Bank. Paytm Care: Please log into the Paytm Payments Bank app Me: But the app isn't working, it's been replaced by a notice Paytm Care: Very sorry about that. Can you detail the specific issue? Is it a freeze etc etc Me: It's been replaced by a notice saying that RBI has suspended the license. Paytm Care: I'm sorry but I'm not equipped. Please log in through the Payments Bank app.

  @Paytmcare Hi Ria, What is my fault here, and why Paytm allow such kind of fraud operators to list their name on paytm, I don't know the operator I booked my tickets via Paytm and I have not get the service for which I paid, so should get refund or else I will escalate to higher level

  @Paytm @Paytmcare very annoyed at this moment because of your service you provide me the timing at 8 40 am and I reached on 8 15 am but interestingly the bus operator is saying that the bus left at 7 am. How's this possible? I have the call recording. You wasted my time.

  Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, it’s been over 2 MONTHS since my flight refund of ₹5,253 was processed by the airline, but it hasn't reached my bank account! Multiple emails sent to your support team have been completely ignored. Is this how you treat your customers? Please resolve ASAP!

  @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.
