@Paytm I have been your customer since long, & have been using your wallet. Moreover, my KYC was already done in 2018/19. Suddenly, in August this year, you froze my wallet for no reason & ask me to complete KYC. Why? Moreover, no outlet is accepting KYC requests. What to do?

Fraud happened to me by paytm postpaid. My postpaid balance got deducted but the receiver did not receive it. I tried to talk to customer care several times but got no response. please as soon as possible solved my problem. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I can understand rule is rule I can understand that you blocked my Paytm postpaid account permanently but atleast you should reply in the chat too and communicate clearly that you can't use it anymore, even after several messages no reply at all.Thanks for your service
