  @Paytm @Paytmcare i have voucher for recharge. But from last 3 to 4 month there is no "apply promocode section". And there is no faq, no customer care call number for that. Why paytm user interface getting worse. And help and support system is very very very bad. Any help?

  @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare its been almost 3 months. Paytm is not refunding my money for booking id 10065818446. Should I consider my money gone??? very sorry to say I have to post here becoz of the pathetic service by paytm.

  @Paytm did not receive bus info from bus operator. Number provided in the invoice” doesnt exist” alternative nos provided by the customer care executive also doesnt work. Waited in the pickup spot for an hour. Raised refund. No response from paytm cares.@Paytmcare @PaytmTravel

  @Paytmcare I paid 2100 to merchant but his wallet is not showing it. Moreover this issue is not mentioned anywhere in any section of Paytm app. How can you be so stupid. This is the most common problem that can happen. Refund my money asap. Anil Jha 9971675557

  @Paytm Sent Rs 750 from my paytm wallet linked to 8585981658 to a wallet linked to 8826434857 (Janardan Kumar) on 23rd march 2021. The recipient says that he hasn't received the money and my account shows a successful transaction. ID : 33394662346. Pl help!

  @Paytmcare @Paytm On 05-Apr-21 I have maked wrong payment through UPI transaction 109565099864 To 8696278326@paytm Paytm Payment Bank account. please block that transaction as it's fraud. and request to pls reverse back to my UPI account.

  what happened @Paytm i didn't receive any communication in the matter. It is not expected from @Paytm to sit silently or ideally on customers issue.
