He was telling that to store your case id our agent will contact you in 10 days. Don't you have any responsibility to share the details of the bus with the customer. If it is cancelled then you need to inform in prior we will book another @PaytmTravel @Paytm #Paytm

Hi @Paytm right away i tried to book an bus through Paytm App, while booking the bus home page reflect it's price as 442 but while booking each ticket cost me 859, just I spoke to Ankit through Customer Service, he multiple time tried to provoke me, but we didn't find a solution

@Paytm I had Taken Paytm Sound Box on Jan and the Person who had came at my Shop didn't say that the amount of 125rs will be withdrawn, as of now I am not using this Soundbox and I am not going to pay remaining dues of it. kindly intervene in this issue to get resolved.
