    @Paytmcare @Paytm this is in regards to my ticket number 63408047. I was told that the refund will be initiated within 48hrs. It’s more than 48hrs now, and we haven’t received the refund now your customer care service providers are not responding to our calls.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare why you guys are charging 48 ₹ for the name of convenience fees for 5k postpaid and the best part is I am not even using your **** limit , tell me the process of closing your bulshit account , I have amazon pay , they don't charge any convenience fees .
