    @Paytm your customer support IVR and App help is so pathetic that even educated person will not be able to chat or talk with real customer support executive for any problem .

    Fraud loan account opened under my PAN. When contacted Paytm care @Paytmcare, I was asked to lodge complaint under Paytm postpaid. Surprisingly, I do not even have a Paytm postpaid account. Even Paytm cyber cell could not help. Horrible experience. Stop using Paytm. #PaytmKaro

    @Paytm @paytm my fastag is installed with Chasis number, how do I update my vehicle registration number to it? Your app doesn't have an option to do it & the help/support section is useless. Let me know how I can do it.
