@Paytmcare @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I have already shared details over email and in direct message, kindly refund the amount. The customer whom money was paid denying receipt and refused to show passbook. Kindly investigate customer as well. He took the payment now denying.

Paytm has a lot of features to offer, but still all I can see is promotion of UPI payments. Start heavily promoting your other features such as movies, insurance, bill payments, ticketing etc. You would definitely improve your customer base and revenue! @Paytm @vijayshekhar
