@paytmmallcare The tickets I opened are marked resolved. The return requests are marked cancelled. It has been 4 days since the wrong items were delivered. I am surprised to see Paytm’s customer support response. Highly disappointing!!! @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I had a conversation with Air India two days ago. Air India didn't receive any refund request from you. Your team hasn't raised refund request even after 45 days and you are saying that your team is working. Kindly raise refund request only then they will process my refund.
