@Paytmcare How many times will your bot reply the same thing? I already had word with my bank customer support they said there is no fault from our side you should talk to your service provider ( Paytm).. It's not your responsibility if any customer losses money due to your bad service?

@Paytmcare i have paytm business account with you. On date 14 sept. 2022 there is upi trans. Of re 26900 whis shows settle to my bank on 15th sept. But the amount is not credited to my bank. Also your helpline numbers and lige chat is useless. Solve my issue earliest.

And one more thing I have called to Paytm customer care for complaint. But they tried to ignore. And agent was arranging my call to senior but nothing would be arranged. I was waiting till 18 minutes. @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness @jagograhakjago

@Paytmcare @AdityaBirlaGrp Day 75: Still no resolution provided. Paytm asked me to keep paitence in DM and says that they are resolving on priority. If after 75 days still says that they are working on my query with priority that what happen if work as usual? #paytm_mat_karo

@paytmbankcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Didn't you contact the merchant on 4-Sep when I first raised the issue on Twitter. Not to mention your nodal officer and gievienace officer who simply didn't respond.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I have experienced worst service with this Paytm. I have booked train tickets in irctc and paid through Paytm. Money got deducted but tickets not confirmed. And there is no customer care facility at Paytm.
