  @vijayshekhar @vijayshekhar i never wanted to come and comment on the posts for you but the Care facility for the @Paytmcare has been worst i have created ticket for last 3 days no action is taken. The IVR never connects to any person. The support is zero. I have been a customer for 7 years

  @Paytm@Paytmcare I am facing a serious issue with my salary due to incorrect attendance marking. My attendance has been wrongly marked as absent for multiple working days, and despite contacting my TL and ASM multiple times, I am not receiving any proper support.

  @NHAI_Official @Paytm @Paytmcare PayTM App has been completely useless for days now. Can’t check FASTag balance, can’t close, can’t even recharge. Customer care keeps repeating the “technical issue” excuse with no timeline or solution. This is extremely frustrating & unacceptable

  @Paytmcare Provide the refund ARN/UTR number and confirm the exact credit date immediately. If this is not resolved today, I will escalate this issue to RBI and the Consumer Forum for further action.

  I will be a dormant customer. Cheating is new business of @Paytm partnered with @SwiggyCares who do partnerships and write t&c and scam customers.

  @Paytmcare This constitutes deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. If the refund is not credited immediately with a confirmed ARN/UTR, I will file formal complaints with RBI Ombudsman and the consumer court without further notice. Treat this as final escalation.

  @Paytmcare Thank you for the response. I request you to kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible since Air India Express has already confirmed that the refund of ₹18,742 for PNR Q1HWHL was processed to Paytm on 24/04/2026. Refund Transaction ID: 489877892 NCH Complaint No: 9223166
