    @Paytmcare 1. This is absolutely unacceptable. The bank has confirmed that my UPI is working perfectly. Only UPI Lite transactions are failing—standard UPI works without any issues. This clearly means the problem lies with Paytm’s UPI Lite system, not the bank.

    I paid ₹6511.80 as my DJB water bill on 16th June 2025 via the @Paytm app, but it's been over a month and the payment still doesn't reflect in my account. Kindly look into this and resolve the issue at the earliest. Txn proof available. @Paytmcare

    I used to be a happy @Paytm movies customer. After the acquisition by @lifeindistrict district (zomato), there is no option to browse by cinema hall anymore. This made me move to @bookmyshow The smallest of the details matters.

    @Paytmcare 3. This is completely baseless and misleading—especially when the same payment goes through instantly using normal UPI. Your customer support has been absolutely useless.this is Day 3 and the issue is still unresolved

    Hey @Paytm , your app redirects destinations even if the exact detail is put. This feels absolutely fraudulent. Unnecessary hassle for a mother travelling with and infant. Your customer care doesn’t respond either!
