    @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @Paytm Since then I have been constantly telling customer care that I do not have any screenshot of above since it was never credited to my account. Then also they keep saying to send screenshot. What kind of help is this if my money is struck for 20 days and still no resolution

    @Paytmcare I'm trying to raise a complaint and I'm literally frustrated by the lack of customer care executives. I've been waiting for 15 minutes and still there was no one to respond and I'm done raising ticket because that's just frustrating because it's NOT LISTING ANY OF MY COMPLAINTS.

    @Paytm Sir/ Madam, why convince fee for using paytm postpay and also why no customer care number only robot is working and they close query without actually solving issue.. Worst customer service

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am having the worst experience with paytm. My paytm wallet got freezed for unknow reason. On the chat menu i am asked to update my pan card which i am unanle to do so because it says internal error. And because of all this i am unble to use my fast tag.
