@Paytmcare Hi! I had already tried it this way! You have asked me to create a ticket on your app which I already did! Ticket No: 3235613264 I had contacted the nodal officer etc etc via email. They only keep saying they are working on it each time I called them for over 3 weeks!

Hey @Paytmcare I have a merchant account as well as a personal account. I'm facing an issue wherein the payments/ transactions which are made on my number also happen to go to my merchant account instead of my personal savings bank account where I want them to go. Any solution?

@anksmhptr007 @Paytm They are breaking all DGCA rules of refund openly cause they think no one can touch them. One legal notice and they will issue a full refund. Initiate legal action against them with the help of @getmyrefundin so as to get your money back from them
