@Paytm @Paytmcare Hi Paytm, Kindly escalate this issue as soon as possible. I have made a transaction through UPI on 8 September but such transaction was failed but the amount has been debited from my bank account. No response has received from 24x7 help. Kindly do the needful.

@Paytmcare Dear Team, I had not got any response in ticket raised in Paytm helpdesk and nor got any call from Paytm customer care I reiterated multiple times the issue is with electricity payment not with UPI issues as while using Apartment->electricity we are not getting payment option
