Dear @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank , its been few days since I wrote the above text and you guys are yet to respond. But the fraudsters running in the name of #Paytm seem to be more active than actual paytm guys. I already blocked/reported 3 fake paytm customer care imitators.

@Paytmcare I had booked bus ticket through Paytm app and I didn't receive the bus details till now when only 20 mins r left for departure. Neither your customer support team nor the operator is responding. I will not book tickets again using Paytm.
