  @Paytm @Paytm It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received my ₹11,000 refund for a cancelled Thai Lion Air ticket (15 March). Airline confirmed refund but Paytm keeps delaying with generic replies. This is clear deficiency in service. Will escalate to consumer court soon

As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund.   @Paytm Never use paytm, they sell their roduct with huge promises but at the time of need shows their back. They have no service after sale. You keep on calling but no response. So I will request all not to use paytm.
