@Paytmcare @Paytm Regarding KYC it’s been already 2 weeks since my wallet was frozen. I have rectified the mismatch in my name from my side. The problem still not solved from your side. Without intimating a customer You guys simply freeze the wallet. Worst!!!!! Service.

@mdeora1 @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I have been trying get change my kyc account from old number (which is permanently closed or mybe alloted to another customer) to new number. But your support is very bad and worst. They don't understand the importance of this issue.

@benudharmajhi @Paytmcare That is a known tactic they use with others also. Promise a refund but never gives it to us. Don't wait any longer, initiate an immediate legal action against them with the help of @getmyrefundin so that you can get your money back from these frauds
