    @Paytm @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel number this morning using Paytm. It has been over 4 hours but the status is still showing "Pending" with "Operator Down." Tried contacting Airtel Help but got no proper response, and Paytm Help is not working at all.

    Hello @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare I made two mobile recharge in morning, Both order are not completed but my money is deducted Fist 3 hour's you system doesn't allowed to contact with help desk then Some how I'm able to connect then your automatic system I need to 48 hour

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Well,there is no doubt the app is good but still I've an opinion ,There should also be an option of the front camera (while scanning qr ) because sometimes the back camera of customer smartphone may be damaged so he can scan the QR with the front camera of Phone
