@Paytm @Paytmcare Payatm should shut down business if you will not provide support. I tried to get only statement of my postpaid since last 2 days but no support no e-mail response no tickets response. Guys please don't use this third class app specially it's postpaid service

@Paytmcare any update on my complaint? I'm yet 2 login into my account? Why can't u gv an alternative of mobile OTP if u cant send OTP on the number? I used 2 think innovation & empathy with the customer is at core in the Paytm of @vijayshekhar Bt i was wrong. Thx 4 lesson
