@ShivaniVijay8 @Paytm @Paytmcare Now it should be reverse immediately otherwise will go live to consumer court for not refunding the amount and will explain the worst consumer services and support and also apply for compensation for pain. Next time don’t paytm to paytm

@Paytm was trying to do KYC through video call & the agent left asking to visit the nearby physical center during this prevailing COVID lockdown. What a pathetic customer service without any sort of empathetic & meaningful interactions, agents are trained to handle. @vijayshekhar

@snehamordani Accoring to my experience i had booked twice Mostly the slots come up at12pm and @Paytmcare helped me i had activated the notification on there app for 2-3 districts near my location and as soon the slots opens they allert and you get 10-15 minutes to act & book with cowin site .

@Paytm Many of your users using fake account with wrong KYC. Looting people and taking money for the services and not responding back after that. This is pathetic after having enough security anybody can misuse your wallet feature and transfer money anytime. Can you help here?
