@Paytmcare My registered number is +91 84486 56623 On 30 March 2023 I initaited the payment to a merchant named Amit Gift centre. My paytm shows that the amount has been paid to the merchant but the merchant did not receice the money. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.

@Paytmcare @Paytm i had used ur payment gateway in irctc website and paid ₹407.25/-. Immediately payment was made due to ur problem ticket was not booked and payment was not reached to irctc. Now i request u to immediately refund of ₹407.25. I hope u respond expeditiously

In person KYC done 2 days ago and was told it will be done within 24 hours. The wallet is still not active and shows KYC not done. Pls help. No number to speak to customer care. Robots are not helpful enough. @Paytm @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar
