@Paytmcare This is not fare, on the same day itself I have tried the cancellation and it was your portal technical mistake which was not letting to cancel due to technical glitch, who is responsible for this? If not you guys should have cleared atleast in 7 days , now after 3months nonsense

I booked a ticket on 17october2021 at around 1'o clock in the afternoon and i don't know why due to some glitch instead of direct flight your paytm app booked layover flight i complained to your cstomer care cal whre he promissed ful return but i got 5%..con @Paytm @vijayshekhar
