@Paytmcare What kind of reply you have send kindly read that because that reply only say kind clear your dues , for your kind information that are not my dues those were the fraud transactions that you failed to solve and now asking the customer to pay for it .

@Paytmcare there has been many SIPs which has been missed in paytm money that too without any reason. They are not even present in the failed txn logs. I raised a ticket 1 week back but nothing has happened. you don't even have a customer care number.pls resolve ASAP.

@Paytm @Paytmcare everytime I upload selfie and submit I redirect to the home page. And Every time I raise issue there is no interaction and the ticket resolved message comes with upload selfie message 🫤. Its really annoying please do resolve it asap
