@Paytm your 24x7 sucks, whenever not listed item is present and you end up state the issue at the last of chat, it marks the issue closed. very #pathetic experience, customer care people are also not able help. care@paytm id is not monitored any more (auto response says this)

2 @Paytmcare @Paytm payment deducted from my savings account through paytm upi and transaction got failed. Its already 5 days passed, no resolution from both bank and paytm. Bank says you use paytm upi they will issue refund and paytm says bank will solve the matter #fedup paytm

@Paytmcare I am trying to talk to customer service about a coupon code which isn’t working. However, the concern is that there is no way I can reach customer care. Automated response just tries to answer questions assuming our concern. Same issue with Chat support
