itself selecting size mismatch as the reason although design was an issue too but I could choose only one. Unfortunately I was disappointed by the return policy that you offer because there was absolutely no response of my return request for a good 15 days (@Paytmcare)

@Paytm Money deducted from fasttag even when not visited Toll. To solve this paytm needs SS of Fasttag barcode, also PayTm is not allowing to take SS, and the customer care told me that it is an paytm error that's why i'm not able to take SS.

Dear @flyspicejet and @Paytm Earlier on May 17, 2020, I booked my flight from Mumbai to Amritsar but that flight got cancelled due to government restrictions and I got refund in Credit Shell. Problem is now I am not able to utilise that credit amount for another booking.

hey @PaytmBank and @Paytm why I can't withdraw my money through my Paytm debit card ?? Although I raised a query about this problem 6 months ago and till now it not solved. Will u help me or I should deactivate my PayTm forever.

@Paytm your customer helpline numbers are pathetic. Why do I have to go through a maze of options, none of which address my issue or connect me to an executive? I am waiting on a refund from you guys for over 24 hours. Please resolve it.
