sn (@sn00009gm) reported@pvs000 @vijayshekhar @Paytm The over-population of dogs on streets has already broken the ecosystem. Humans are only trying to bring it in balance again. In all western countries they take abandoned dogs into shelters but when the shelters are full, they euthanize the dogs.
