@Paytmcare I recharged my paytm Fastag account using CRED, however the account is not showing the credit despite amount deducted from bank & at CRED as well showing success to paytm using BBPS method why credit is not reflecting, or it is the deliberate way of siphoning customer

@RBI @Paytm @Paytmcare I’ve made payment on 21-08-2022 and transaction got failed but amount got deducted I haven’t received refund amount yet. Called several times on your customer service they said they have refunded in my amount but still not reflecting in my account.

@Paytmcare Moreover, customer care is not understanding the issue and asking irrelevant details like the error message and time etc. The issue is simple. I do not have a redeem option under the gift voucher section for my Paytm account. Without this option, I cannot redeem the received GV.

@Paytm @Paytmcare Hi, I am currently out of India and having a single sim phone. I am having local sim in my phone (smart) and Indian sim in a different phone (non smart). I want to continue with Paytm but I am getting error that sim is not present. Can't I login using OTP?

Paytm calls it's help feature "24*7 Help and Support" but you will not get your answer in that slot so i think I should go to space or another dimension for that @Paytm @Paytmcare
