I called paytm customer care number and they are asking for otp.. thay said it is call otp and then they cut 1030 rs using my postpaid Such a worst experience ever @Paytm

Hi @Paytm, it happens that after a few days of using Paytm app, it starts saying that i am entering wrong upi pin for payments and declines the payment (i am entering the same correct pin). This has happened more than once. I then have to delete my card details and re-save. Help!

Dear @nitin_gadkari thanks to providing such good facility - RFID TAG but what is the guidelines about resolution of customer complaints?? While I was not driving wrong toll deducted from my account and even after regular follow up didn’t get refund from @Paytm @Paytmcare
