@Paytm pathetic customer care service .Every time you connect with customers care they forward your calls and then the calls are never Answered. 24/7 support chats are of no use either . I am trying to connect with someone who can help with my issues but in vain .

I want open demat account with paytm money I stuck in between while doing KYC and one to help with this. On helpline number air mail for this. Worst broker ever. From last 5 days i face this issue. Solve this @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare @Paytm or leave this broker sector.

@Paytm Why is my Paytm wallet put under credit freeze when I had completed all KYC formalities 4 years back. Can't even charge my fastag n nearest kyc point to update KYC is 25 KM away. Had several KYC points nearby earlier. Can't contact the customer care n no one calls back

@paytmbankcare @Paytm @paytmbankcare there is no update even after submitting documents. No toll free no received after 48 hrs. Are you waiting for the customer to get fed up and stop chasing? If you' re you not able to do it at least please say that. Its 1 month now, God!
