Hello, Paytm Care I have a account on Paytm with number 9918251051, it has been blocked because of a suspicious activity which I am not able to understand. Further on talking to Customer Care they send me a message having a set of steps to follow. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare yesterday my payment was deducted while I was doing recharge of Rs 399 but recharge has not been done and still I didn't received my refund. Look on this matter and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

@Paytm Also I trying to contact with head of customer executive he assures me your problem solve soon but no one solve this problem. The major issue is that 10rs Paytm promocode is not added in all Paytm device and funny things is no one know in Paytm executive .
