@Paytmcare worst customercare experience.Doesnt have proper phone call facility for customer support. In the app its pre loaded text which doesn't serve the complex issues. Didnt find any email to write the issue. Always directing to paytm help 24*7 option which is inappropriate

Only messages but no call from paytm to resolve customer issue. Such is the experience with paytm care. Asking for docs that were never asked when registering account. It is such a pain to deal with them @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

Sir, NPS esign unable to do .I raised my concern 5 times but without resolving issue status showing as solved ..not fair from side,Before 31st Oct 2022 it should complete,no reply for mail worst service. @Paytm @Paytmcare

@NandiniGowri1 @vijayshekhar @Paytm Nope, They won't, as isn't their money. Use Paytm postpaid and delay the payment for just 3 days and see how many calls you will get. Because, then it's their money. They have time to make customers sleepless for their money, but no time to resolve customer issues.
