@Paytmcare Paytm is providing the worst customer support. My account got blocked 4 months back without even proper verification of the situation. The fund in the account is locked in. Paytm is just using automated bots in the name of customer support. I would say it's a fraud.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I made a paytm tranxn which is reflected in Bank statement but not in Paytm Passbook. Disappointing. Not even able to talk to Customer Service directly. Very bad UI and service.

@Paytmcare and please block my card asap, trace your delivery service properly and please hired some skilled person atleast who can confirmed it before delivering at given number on address...very poor service, it is confidential thing & delivered to wrong person, resolve it asap

@Paytm My husband had a reliance sim on which he had paytm account as reliance sim is no more active, we can't retrieve the Paytm account, while doing KYC on new number it is showing that adhar is alredy linked to old number. Kindly help us to resolve this.

@PaytmMoneyCare I invested Nippon mutual fund on 14.06.2021 and NAV allotted on 15.06.2021 but in my Paytm money is not showing in my portfolio. I have already complained on Paytm money customer care but still not responding. @PaytmMoney @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare I had one query with wallet transaction. I raise a complaint against it. But the replies i got from your support team are useless. Also i dm in your Twitter but nothing working. More than 72 hours gone but issue didn't solve yet. Pathetic Customer Service. Worst Service ever.
