@vijayshekhar was a big fan however 1. a ecommerce site with no active call center, no proper feedback mechanism. 2. Even lodging fraud is a big issue. 3. No commitment or guarantee in providing item on time .. sorry sir @Paytm lost its charm soon than anticipated @paytmmallcare

@Paytm Very pathetic and poor customer support..i naver expect this from payment. Due to this now paytm is lagging in market as compare to amazon and flipkart. They are much better than you.
