Just now received a call from +918926215483 claim to be from Paytm and my father to download anydesk remote desktop software and to give access but he refused. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PMOIndia Please resolve this issue.

Useless and worst service ever seen. From few days my Paytm wallet is not working and showing need to update KYC. I updated it on 15th May 2022 and got a ticket no 3178682464, since than it is no resolved and showing will be resolved in 2-3 days. @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank

@Paytmcare I had ordered a new machine G2 from Paytm . The service executive took the entire money from me but delivered me an old machine and with even the charger not working.. I called him within 5 mins after left and he did not bother coming back until now.. TID - 10677391
