    @Paytmcare Refer your ticket ID 3217180461 at around 12noon(IST) on 11/09/2022. SERVICE IS STILL AWAITED after furnishing all information even after 20hours though promised to act within 4 hours @Paytm

    @Paytm Server is down, fix it. No one are able to purchase food who are dependent on Paytm. It's such a pathetic experience in the middle of the night

    Hello @Paytm @Paytmcare, I want to cancel my Fasttag and I'm not able to find a way to do so on Paytm app. In chat, I don't see this option in predefined list. And no way to chat with real person. All the guides on site are outdated. Can you please help?
