@Paytmcare @PaytmPostpaid__ Last month I started using Paytm postpaid. But what Paytm did was generated a bill for Rs 4700 and my spend was 1800. And even in the statement, the total spend is 1800. But they don't even consider replying to any of the messages on 24/7 support.

I've been trying to get my money back since 23rd of May. I have recieved no response from your end. You don't value your customer's time or patience. I haven't recieved my money yet. I've spoken to @Paytm too, they said that they need a transaction ID/order ID of the refund
