    @Paytmcare 2. False Information: Your support executive explicitly lied under Ticket ID: 200012727553 by stating only a "Gold Voucher" existed, which the screenshots clearly prove.

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.
