    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hi, my friend's account has been debited, showing as payment done to Paytm. But he has not made any payment to Paytm. He is unable to track the payment. The bank is not helping and also unable to reach Paytm care through call. Please help.

    Hello @Paytmcare When I am trying to login to my Paytm account, it shows 'Access Denied ' and ' Your mobile number has been blocked from accessing Paytm' I am unable to login, please fix my account. @Paytmcare

    Tried @Paytm Help & Support. Their AI chatbot resets the conversation every time. Asked for a human agent. It said "connecting you." Chat has been cold since. This is what passes for customer support in 2026.

    @Paytmcare @paytmcare For travel issues, RedBus is far better. They actually respond and sort refunds within hours. Paytm should learn basic customer service before taking bookings.
