@Paytm @Paytmcare @One97 why customer wallet has been frozen with out any intimation when my kyc was completed, verified.unable to use my fast tag as well.Kindly help in resolving this issue as it is mental harassment which is not way to treat.Expecting response and a call back.

@Paytmcare i m fedup with PAYTM KYC process..went to kyc center tried to connect and upload document to you idiotic customer chat support..ticket I'd 3183883616. Can u look into it , i am giving penalty in fasttag daily because I cannot add money in wallet

@Paytm @Paytmcare @One97 When i contacted customer care the wallet dept said they cant do any thing and transferred me to kyc dept. The kyc dept again transferred me to wallet dept, but no one is giving actual answers the customer care guy told that some other team looks into it.

@Paytmcare why are you calling continuously for paytm postpaid bill...for your faulty software we can't get mentally disturbed. Your software is not updating the payment then what's the customer's fault in that. Despite numerous complaints you are not updating it..

Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm i need my paytm postpaid fresh loan agreement letter which was earlier shared it is corrupted I tried multiple times over smartphone & PC both throwing same error messages file corrupted unable to open. Details DM already kindly fix issue asap.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @One97 cust care guy forwarded the same to them and said I will get resolution. But nothing has been done or no update on my ticket. Now I have only option left to wait till tomorrow or escalate this issue to nodal office or file in consumer court.
