    Even after multiple requests, @Paytm @PaytmBank is not letting me liquidate my Fixed Deposits. Customer care only sends generic automated replies. I have officially filed a complaint with the @RBI Ombudsman. Expecting immediate resolution for my stuck funds. #RBI #paytm

    @Paytm I have cancelled a flight ticket from your platform and there is no update about the refund. The airline says they have sent the amount back but I don't see the same anywhere in the @Paytm app, and obviously the app support page is AI ENABLED so that makes it useless

    @Paytmcare This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. I request that my issue be reviewed urgently and resolved as soon as possible. If there is any specific reason for the block, please provide a clear explanation. I expect a prompt response and resolution

    @BATA_India @Paytmcare @Paytm Bought Bata gift card from Paytm App. Went to Infinity mall bata store in Mumbai. Bata store getting terminal id error. My shopping experience just turned bad. Paytm n Bata pls provide solution or stop selling gift cards online,if they don't work.
