    @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I’ve been trying for weeks to get a cancelled cheque / bank proof from Paytm Payments Bank so I can update my mutual fund folios to a new bank account. No customer care number works. No proper support. Branch visits were useless.

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytmcare I am unable to access my Paytm account since last week due to “Access Denied” issue. My wallet balance is also stuck, and despite multiple emails, I haven’t received any response yet. Please resolve this issue urgently. This is causing serious inconvenience.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @nearbuy ur customer support kept asking for order ID when nearbuy doesn't provide one. do I run nearbuy that I can generate that or u guys run nearbuy? its 1900/- swallowed by Paytm on filmsy excuse. ur guys like chatbots say the same thing.
