  @Paytmcare you have pathetic customer support service. I had booked a bus from Paytm app but the bus cancelled that too when I connect with the bus driver. Your app didn’t provide any info. After complaint I still not received my refund. Is this the service you are delivering?

  Dear @Paytm, refund Ref No. 613314024644 for a cancelled Flipkart order is still not credited to my bank account. My bank cannot trace the transaction with this reference number. Kindly help check the UPI/payment status and provide transaction details.
