@Paytmcare I have been facing so much issue with one of transaction which is still pending and which I haven't get the auto refund even after 24 days!! Seriously 24 days and still no sign? Will I even get the money back or not? And none is answering my ticket which I have issued

@paytmgold @Paytm @SridharVarun Please make sure the services are rendered on par with the ads being published, no major PINCODE of Hyderabad is serveciable for delivery of DigiGold, no customer care channel atleast to report this and no proper/appropriate response from escalation team.

@Paytm bought #fasttag from u & was sent incorrect barcode!Was traveling from nasik 2 del today & was stopped at every toll plaza inspite of having balance! Called support team multiple times only to be told after 5 hrs dat they will ship new tag! Where do i take delivery on rd?
