1. #darksecrets of #paytm #blackhole @Paytm Modus operandi - you pay to a merchant on his active mobile number. Merchant says his account is not active, can not access it. You as consumer want Paytm to revert it. The Paytm account linked to that number keeps changing name

I am a frequent user of @Paytm @Paytmcare but this blame game has pissed me. I booked tickets thru paytm and I therefore request paytm to help me in canceling one ticket. I was told yesterday by one rep that if partial cancel doesnt happen paytm will do it. The next rep denied.

@Paytm Hey team, with 10.24.0 app version, under “Cashback & Offers” -> UPI & MT Offers and Wallet Offers are continuously throwing error. Also in Wallet Offers -> All the offers are repeating recursively on scroll. It’s not ending.

Now due to medical emergency, we want to cancel only 1 ticket out of 5. But there is no respect of customer by both @Paytm @orangtandtravel If partial cancelation is available on direct book then why not on tickets booked thru paytm? When IRCTC allows partial cancel why nt buses?

@Paytmcare such a worst experience with paytm service. They have some technical issues created my same mobile number double account. Old account was fully kyc and payment wallet enabled link with my car fastag. Don't use Paytm not able to resolve this issue since last 2 weeks.
