    @Paytmcare Paytmโ€™s โ€œBus Booking Assuranceโ€ feels like a scam when a customer is abandoned after payment. Paid extra expecting reliability but no meaningful support instead. Stop selling โ€œassuranceโ€ if you canโ€™t honor it. Worst travel booking experience Iโ€™ve had. @Paytm

    Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare, I booked an flight ticket by Paytm for 2 ticket I cancelled the ticket for 1 ticket Mohd Ebad, Split PNR: WYI4KT and already processed the refund from their end. However, the Paytm app is still showing the status as 'Still Working'. Ticket ID: 200011664664.

    @OfficialSBICare i'm sharing you the upi refrence for one my refund transaction,the issue is it's refunded on the old bank account associated with @Paytm that is not active and closed few years back, it's need to be transferred in source account upi refrence: 591965171426
