@Paytmcare Dear I made one payment to one of my friend via Paytm wallet on 18-10-2022 but due to number mistake it was paid in wrong receipent, so I call on customer care and they said to to fill one of form and write all details of transaction. But ticket closed and amount not received.

@Paytmcare As Per RBI Guidelines If Customer Loses Money With Out His Content Its About Bank Bugs... Bank Have To Take Responsibility Over On That Type Of Issue... Don't Mak Us Fool... Dear PAYTM There Is Number Of Complaints I Think Paytm Sends OTP To Others To Loot Customers Money.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I ordered 10grams of Gold on 17th Oct 2022. However my order was cancelled on 19th Oct 2022. I got refund for the making charges, but my gold locker balance still shows 0 gram instead of 10 grams. I am not able to reach out to call center executives for support.

@Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness pissed off with your service. Ordered POS more than a month back. Neither you deliver the product nor you give the option to cancel it. Worst part is you do not have any support executive to complain or raise an issue.

@Paytm Firstly I want to know how to talk to customer care executives. I didn't know paytm has gone this worse. I wanted to register for tap and pay but after entering the card details I'm neither can enable nor disable. Getting error message for both. Such a horrible service
