@Paytm @vijayshekhar apna customer service ko please thoda upgrade karein if you really want you customer to use uninterrupted service continue. Pathetic customer service as really a headache to get someone to talk apart from those bots

@Paytmcare Can some please provide me Maild ID so I can discuss my issue with paytm its been 5 days since I am finding a way to contact paytm customer care but tgere is nothing for schedueled payments, all you guys have arranged is a dumb bot which only says one thing.

@Paytmcare I am trying to break my fixed deposit in paytm and is been my 5th time it shows pending since 5 hours. Most of my money is deposited in paytm fixed deposit and I am not getting access of it. This is very harassing. This type of service is never expected from paytm.

@Paytmcare it's been 1.5 year I've booked my tickets on paytm and got cancelled due COVID pandemic however the amount didn't receive yet and customer care kept promising since last one year with no response.The amount is around 45,000 rs and I can see that paytm did fraud with me
