@Paytmcare ticket ID3123957050 Respected sir , more than 48 hour has been passed but I didn't get my money back . as per norms you have to return my money immediately but you don't care about customer. I think money is not safe in payment.

@Paytmcare two failed payments to my LIC premium on 6 Nov because bank server was not reachable. On the other hand my bank has blocked the credit balance and is waiting for the merchant to claim the money. Incurred penalty on due premium. Can you please check and help? DM sent
