    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar Could anyone take the responsibility to respond regarding my issue, it's been almost 2 months and you stopped responding. It's highly unacceptable and unprofessional. This is a kind of anarchy you are showing. Highly dissapointing.

    So just because I have used Abhibus, I have to cancel my plan and wait for the money!!! And your customer care executive suggesting me to talk with @Paytm gateway to get the refund fast.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare should shutdown there worst customer service in India, your IVR services are pathetic and makes customer experience feel like hell, I have applied for Paytm postpaid, have a cibil score of more than 750. But since last 3-4 months no response from your end.

    .@letsblinkit you have some serious issues going on with your mobile app. The money from my @Paytm wallet was debited but the order wasn't placed as usual. And on top of that your support system sucks - both calls and text!
