This is not a matter of 50 rs. 5000 bucks is a big amount for people like us who work everyday to earn this. I was told by hdfc customer executive i will get my amount . Its been 2 weeks and after waiting for so long you guys made a fool of me. @paytm @HDFCBank_Cares

1/ UPI and digital payments are a nightmare for non Indian residents. If you have a NRI bank account linked to a foreign mobile number, good luck! I spent an hour trying to get my @Paytm wallet working again but for some reason KYC can’t be done.

@Paytmcare I can understand rule is rule I can understand that you blocked my Paytm postpaid account permanently but atleast you should reply in the chat too and communicate clearly that you can't use it anymore, even after several messages no reply at all.Thanks for your service
