Hello @Paytm how can one get paytm api. I have been trying since yesterday to test the payment gateway way and there is no way to do that. I didn't see any way to communicate the issue to the team. Disappointed by the service 😒. Is it me or the paytm who's issue is that....

@Paytmcare Seriously @Paytm No one has reported to resolve the issue and my dad as a shopkeeper is suffering so much. If no one reports tomorrow then i will break this soundbox and get @PhonePe soundbox. 5 days ago ticket raised for this issue.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I made a payment and Paytm showed FAILED. I tried again and the second payment went through. Later in the evening, I checked and saw that the first “failed” transaction was actually successful too. Now I’m charged twice and the help bot isn’t working.Resolve pls

@PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare. It's been nearly been 2 months and no useful progress has the issue I had raised earlier. It's so frustrating that a tech company is behaving like a psu bank. Very very disappointed. Worst part there is no way to connect on call to discuss and resolve.
