Hey @Paytm my sabji wala bhaiya just hopped on the digital payments ecosystem and says that it isn't working smoothly for him. It takes 2 days to get payments credited to his account and hence, difficult to track. Thoughts? Norm? Or a glitch?

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Today I paid rent from credit card Rs 29000 which got deducted from card but not deposited in paytam account nor refund in card, contacted customer care many times but in any case help not found amount is more please give immediate help your cooperation

@GooglePayIndia Done all of these but am on the same boat. Unable to remove account /activate account. It's activated in @PhonePe @Paytm etc. So I don't think the issue is with the sim or bank.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare We are very upset by the mental harassment done by Paytm as we had registered 4 complaints No.-5021947700,5022279658,5022765175,5022947616 but no action been taken yet. Paytm Company has lost it credibility and Integrity. Disgusting Service.

@Paytm @paytmbankcare @PaytmMoney worst customer service ever I got from any platform. Highly disappointed. Worst behaviour with customers, no support, nothing. Will never use Paytm again.

@Paytmcare i am facing this issue since 23/04/2022. As i recharged my Vi Mobile no. For rs 359 3gb/day but i am getting only 2gb/day. The Vi customer care is saying that it was paytm's fault. So please resolve my issue otherwise I have to go legally.
