@PaytmTravel @Paytm @airvistara PNR 6DD5E9 cancellation was done on 18th Jan by vistara, no refund done yet. In times of UPI you folks are making customer wait for 30days. Whereas for Indigo i got my refund in 2 days (booked via paytm). Would have made 7-8 calls but no progress.

@AegonLife Paid premium by @Paytm premium payment section, it's easy! Aegon's systems are not working and a Fintech is saving the day for you! I understand that you have useless customer service but they could have suggested this bit for sure? Are they more dumb than what I envisaged!

@vijayshekhar @Paytm First time credit card bill payment was a pathetic experience from paytm. Amount deducted 2 days back but not yet credited to CC. Unable to reach any customer support executive for help. Please dont take money if you cant provide service.

The kind of support @Paytmcare provides I think stock deserves to be at Rs 10. It's been more than 20 days for a simple update, they expect you to be available whenever they will call you, not the other way around.
