@Paytmcare @Paytm I have made rent payment of Rs 34340, and it is showing as in process .I have called customer support they are saying payment status as failed but in app it is showing as in process. In the last month also i have done payment it has also taken 3 days to reflect

@Paytm @Paytmcare Please have a look at Paytm incompetence. Your processes are really bad with lot of dead ends. On 24x7, Customers are not given choice for the issues they want to report. Customer care is also equally bad. Ticket 3112053028
