    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare @SMFGIndia My complaint is already under review with SMFG and Paytm. However, today multiple auto-debits of INR 620 have been processed from my account while the loan adjustment and due calculation issues are still under investigation.
