@PaytmBusiness I guess we should stop Using these apps like @Paytm for important payments or any payment for more then rs 100.. it can get real messy in case of a glitch. They do no have any system in place for instant resolution..

Two of my transactions failed, money out from bank to PayTM and @Paytm tells me to talk to Merchant. You are the bloody merchant. Is this how you are generating cash flow for your broken company?
