@Paytm @vijayshekhar if the refund is failing because of bank issues since months, why don't you use your own built systems wallet/upi. Making easier to take money, but can't apply same for returning 🤐

Inspite of constant follow ups and calls with customer care executives the waiting period remains 3-4 weeks. The answers given by the support executives are not satisfactory as they are not able to provide me with a suitable explanation for the delay in the process.@Paytmcare
