    @Paytm I have transferred Rs 500 to UPI lite on 4th Aug but 100 on yesterday but now balance is showing only 100 even didn't make any payment through UPI lite. I am unable to contact you through your app. Please check the issue and resolve

    I booked a bus ticket via Paytm & paid through GPay. Ticket was confirmed, but at boarding, the operator didn’t find my name. I was forced to adjust with another passenger & asked to pay again. Please help @Paytm @Paytmcare @GooglePayIndia

    @Paytmcare I have already shared the entire episode on DM. The merchant has initiated the transaction reversal but you haven't credited it to the customer's account. Kindly do it at the earliest. It's been about 2 weeks! Thanks! @RBIsays
