    @Paytm Hey I have booked a bus ticket on 19.11.21 from Rajkot to Gandhinagar. Unfortunately I booked it for 5.30 pm instead of 5.30 am, I tried cancelling the ticket but there was an error occurring. I had contacted your customer care dept but still my issue have not been resolved.

    @Paytm i m facing a serious issue since last week and try to contact with u through your 24×7 support service but there is no action taken frm your side it's very disappointed to see .I chnged my mob nd try to log in another mob. but it's unable to send sms on my no. Help ASAP.

    @Paytm worst customer service by paytm, facing issues doing KYC for the last 6 months, opened a ticket 3128007662 and requested them to call me to explain what is the issue but no one calls, why is it such a headache for you to call and clarify the customer and explain?

    @Paytmcare Hi Team My PAYTM SBI credit card was activated 3 months back and my PAYTM First membership is still not activated. There is no way I can get it sorted out through the customer support you are providing on the App, frankly it sucks. Hope this gets resolved here.

    @vijayshekhar ...@paytm is 3rd class digital payment service...I send 1200 ruppes to your @paytm user....as per my bank payment is deducted from my account..but you don't credit this payment to your paytm user... kindly resolve my issue...otherwise I file legal case against you.
