@Paytmcare @Paytm I ordered an S6 lite tablet. The delivery agent is trying to deliver it, but the phone number added to Ecom Express for the delivery is not mine. So, the OTP is not coming to my number (through which I placed order on Paytm). Can you please help with this?

@Paytmcare Yaa... I got your point & hence tweet was deleted but please resolve the issue as there is no way to reach at Paytm. Please provide the Email id where we can reach easily because customer complain section in Paytm is bogus .completely waste of time

@Paytmcare My order id: 13769765460 for Avita Essential laptop, (Sold by sun system) Has not been delivered successfully, Because the OTP which i got from Paytm mall It shows invalid at courier boy login panel. Now the ecom express is not delivering me my product. Please resolve it asap.

@Paytmcare My paytm bank account number 928903920000 is blocked and I want to close my account permanently for which I have furnished you with bank details and cancelled cheque leaf for balance fund's transfer from paytm bank account to my other bank account. So please help me.

@Paytmcare My business account is also connected to it and I also have a PayTM card swipe machine. My account is also closed. I tried several times to talk to customer care but failed. Please let me know if this account can be operated. The PAYTM service has dropped so much
