    @Paytmcare I am waiting for the late fee waiver promised by paytm support. I have been tricked by customer support and wrongly charged the fee. I was told that by saturday it will be waived off but it never did and today got the reminder call for repayment.

    @Paytm Support you give for loan is ****, i tried to contact in call message and raised ticket multiple times and no one cares, the worst support i have seen is paytm, no call response and the 24*7 chat is a big **** it doesn't have agent connect it doesn't take what we need

    @vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare trying to pay Paytm postpaid account bill but there is technical issue with your app, tried all the way to get help and support from Paytm but I did not get any relevant response all reply are similar like they don't even bother for your issue.
