    @Paytmcare @Paytm @PaytmCybercell . Today, i called a customer care number for my yesterday deducted payment of Rs2800/-,then the payment of more Rs11000/- got deducted from my paytm wallet. I didn't got my refund of Rs 2800/- and also get Rs 11000/- deducted from Paytm wallet

    @Paytm @PaytmTravel I booked a flight ticket on your website I made a mistake by adding and extra letter. I have submitted my request almost 4 days ago and you said we contacted airline and once we get reply you will reply to me. But i contacted airline they said there is nothing

    @Paytm @Paytmcare urgently require fastag asap, last week on Tuesday I was told that I will receive new fastag within 5 working days and still haven't received the new one, send it ASAP using the fastest delivery service possible.

    Very poor service by @Paytmcare . Can't resolve simple profile issues in 48 hrs and customer care needs another 2 weeks to resolve. Can't use paytmfastag due to this. All customer care executives does is to read scripted lines.

    @Paytm it's been 10 days and order is still not shipped. I am unable to cancel and don't think it will ever be delivered. The customer support bot says it is shipped and denies to cancel the order. I am stuck, don't know what to do.

    @Paytm paytm is a cheater company running with fraud and incompetent customer care. They are selling loans bt never disburse them to the customers. I have been cheated by paytm. Loan got approved 2 days ago and now they are not transferring my money to my account.
