    @consaff grievance no 2670891 complaint was filed on 10th April ,2021 and last update by u is on 12 th April. Is der any movement happening if yes then y is der no update. Please help as I am doing regular follow up with @Paytmcare but there is no help and only false assurance.

    Help needed. @Paytmcare @Paytm I did a mobile recharge on 5th April, it didn't go through. It said refund has been processed to the bank but I haven't received it yet. There’s no where to email and paytm app is not allowing me to contact customer care for the said issue.

    @Paytmcare Checked and found your reply that was very poor... refused to refund money on what basis..Why you don't want to refund the money if bus it's cancelled by the operator. Paytm is doing what if not able to resolve the customer problem
