I was stuck for an hour there and I could do nothing as the driver denied to cancel the ride as he would have to pay for it and asked me to pay. How is it fair? My money from @Paytm wallet is on hold even now. Kindly release it and make sure your app favours the customer. @bhash

@Paytmcare @paytmcare your BOTS are handling the customer complaint. So customer service is deemed to be pathetic. You keep sending some auto reply and no resolution. I will reach out to consumer court as Paytm has cheated by providing fake/false voucher for zoomcar. Paytm need to pay.
