@Paytmcare Paytm is doing fraud with customer for not giving refund. Indigo has refunded on 20th April. But paytm isn't refunding me till now. And everytime give a fake timeline. And not solve my problem

@Paytm @Paytmcare paytm postpaid customer service is worst my bank server was down I was unable to pay the postpaid amount then charge 100 fine and started calling 10 times a day for 100 rupees. If bank server is down how can a person use his upi to pay, they even not listen you

Still i am being told to wait and remind you i logged complaint on 14th January 2021, still waiting for my refund of 9K flight booking id 10201416544. very unimpressed and experiencing pathetic service @Paytm @Paytmcare
