  @Paytm : probably one of the worst customer support. Booked an international flight with you guys, need to reschedule...have been following up like anything and 4 days no response...I am in USA right now...is paytm dead ?

  Phonepe Agent scammed me by saying it will be refunded and he claimed no monthly fees but they also showing monthly fees total scam this phonepe and their support is useless so never open phonepe better to use Pytm or gpay marchant @PhonePe @PhonePeSupport @Paytmcare

  @Paytm @MoCA_GoI please help as Paytm is not replying on this. International roundtrip flights are cancelled by operator but Paytm is not responding. I had booked tickets through @Paytm . I have the cancellation confirmation from the airline operator as well. Already sent to paytm

  @Paytmcare I had taken a small postpaid loan of ₹500, but due to financial difficulties I couldn’t repay on time. Now the amount has increased to ₹8900, which I’m unable to pay. Kindly help with a waiver or settlement option. 🙏 @Paytm

  @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.

  @Paytmcare It's more than month you take to refund.I am still waiting for my query.There is no facility of calling to talk directly with customer care.Always your app goes on automated answer.Its so frustrating.

  Even after repeatedly raising tickets on Paytm Business app to close my soundbox and also agreeing to pay any closing fees levied for it @Paytmcare automatically closing the ticket without any resolution. Not the service expected from @Paytm.
