@Paytm @Paytmcare @BajateyRaho Never make payments through paytm app as if you get order cancelled, paytm will forcibly keep the amount in their own wallet instead of transferring it to your original payment method. Also, their customer care is illiterate who ignored your message

I intimated @Paytm thrice on 4th, 8th and 16th of May 2021 regarding complete refund of my paid amount (Rs 5012/-). But, even now I haven’t received any communication from Paytm regarding the same. This is bad customer service from @Paytm Hope, I get my refund ASAP. @MoCA_GoI
