@Paytmcare it's just way difficult to reach a human on your ivr machine and the chat service is also ridiculous. Seems both the Ivr and chat option are designed specifically to not let customer reach a human to talk to. I need help in getting transaction details for year 2016-17

Hi @Paytm is this your paytm postpaid is a scam. I have repayed all my money I have used but still there is 700 extra remaining. How come that can happen?.and there is no customer assistance available on ur paytm postpaid .
