    @Paytmcare paytm flight support is the worst in its class been more than 24 hours for a flight cancellation request yet no update, no phone support as well

    I got so many calls for the refund generated for Order ID 27253745051 from Phone number +91 70517 89706 stating my Car insurance payment has been declined and I have to pay again. But never got the refund of the cancelled service. @Paytm please look into the matter.

    @Paytmcare The ticket was booked through the IRCTC website using Paytm UPI for payment.

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare As the screenshots show, your support confirmed only 1 ticket was cancelled and the other 3 remained confirmed until the day of travel. Your app updated their status only after I raised a query, and only then did you refund those 3 tickets separately.
