    @Paytmcare Need assistance to update my phone number, I do not have access to the old phone number, went through your 24x7 chat, it took me until Face verification page (click a selfie) and then just redirects to a blank page or an error (critical error occured). What to do ?HELP

    @Paytmcare No reference no provided by you, your OTP not received n when I was trying to login through call OTP services time out mentioned when I was entering the OTP. Screenshot option not there...so check at ur end n close the issue..9911981500
