    @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Why payment from History, paid a week before, makes use of a different VPA than the one in the QR code and no notification on the soundbox on recipient end. Very troublesome. Fix this issue at the earliest or remove payment from the History.
