    @Paytmcare It's more than 2 weeks since I raised ticket. Is it some rocket science to identify the shortfall of bal. I want to know how can customer rely on your internal systems. Had I not checked the balance then? Why shouldn't I conclude that it's general and intentional practice #paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Cashback of ₹30 not credited for my Swiggy Instamart transaction (₹219 on 09 April 2026, UPI Ref: 300470829732), despite applying the offer at checkout. Your support is giving inconsistent explanations and has not shared clear T&C.

    @nuegoindia @Paytm @jagograhakjago What should I do with “review” and “patience” when I’m facing this right now? Paid for an AC bus but traveling in a packed bus with no AC. I have suffocation issues and this is affecting me badly. I need an immediate solution, not just an apology.

    @Paytmcare How can you say that my issue is resolved when I cannot still login to paytm in the second workspace. If you guys cannot fix it, then please accept that you are technically not capable of providing solution. Please don't lie.

    @Paytmcare it's more than 2 week but no solution of my problem...my 2300 money deducted from my UPI lite account but no refund till now...and always saying it will be solved soon...how much should I wait...worst service by Paytm...I will never use Paytm 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
