I have send all screenshots/details .. just want my "profile" section shows correct number (there is no option to edit that number myself). Its been headache to just make chat support understand the issue. Resolution is distant dream. Pathetic! @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare @paytm

@Paytm there is a complain related to my transaction ...I did a transaction last day..that was failed but amount had been deducted and status and shows the amount has been refunded but didn't recieve neither in my wallet nor in my bank account ..help it out

Deleted all accounts linked with Paytm and also removed @Paytm account from my mobile. Customer service is pathetic. They did auto debit for my mobile bill without my permission. You lost a 5 years old loyal customer.
