  What is this behaviour @Paytm @Paytmcare, First of all it gets log out automaticly, and now when i openned paytm it show you have to login, now when i am trying to login it shows access denied, your number has been blocked? Seriously ? Fix this issue-

  @Paytm I have booked a flight from your portal for travel date 28th April 2026 and due to airline rescheduling I had to cancel the flight, Airline has confirmed that full refund has been done but whenever I am trying to connect with Paytm support, I am unable to get any response.

  @Paytmcare Still the app issue is not resolved. After 20 Sec the app closes in my app automatically. @Paytmcare can you check with your app team to check the APK.

  Hi @Paytmcare, it has been over 24 hours since I shared all details and my account is still blocked with no update in DM. I’m unable to access my UPI Lite balance even though all other UPI apps work fine. Kindly provide a timeline or escalate this urgently.

  @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare it’s been 4 days and my refund is still pending. The process is painfully slow and customer support is almost unreachable. After-sales service is seriously disappointing for something as basic as a refund. Please fix this system and respond faster.
