  @Paytmcare worst customer support of this company my problem is not fixed yet they are just sharing me bot replies in DM no resolution yet I have also tried transactions at petrol pump, grocery stores and other merchants, but still my Paytm postpaid is not working showing error.

  @Paytmcare This is not an IRCTC issue. Please stop shifting the blame. The problem occurred due to a technical error on the Paytm app (“Fetching Error”), because of which no booking confirmation was visible and I couldn’t take any action like cancellation or filing TDR.

  @Paytmcare This is not acceptable it's been 10 days, I have sent you multiple emails and follow up but not received any acknowledgement till now. This is your headache to deal with the bus operator you cannot stop the refund of the customer this is against the law. Initiate my refund.

  Booked a train ticket via Paytm but got a “Fetching Error” and no confirmation. Due to this, I couldn’t travel. Still, refund is denied citing policy—ignoring clear technical failure. Requesting intervention from @Paytmcare @IRCTCofficial @vijayshekhar Ticket ID: 200011222403
