Tried calling to talk to customer care executive at @Paytm and they made me listen to bunch of series of prerecorded things and select the options and finally sent me the link to Bot chat box... So there's basically no one in the company to listen or solve any query... #Shame

They all are saying same reply on call that they highlight issue. But nothing happening. Really feeling bad to use paytm. 🚫
