I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.

Operator is saying it will be late by around 1.5 hr more. And paytm is so bad that they aren't even replying to any tickets.
