    @paytm @Paytmcare all they did is transfer call from one department to another and at the end, call was left in no mans land. Seems like none of support executive are given some power to escalate issues. Till now all efforts are in vain,

    @PaytmBusiness @Paytm I called to PAYTM helpline number 11th times about my Complaint but they are not replying me properly and not also anyone replying me in 24x7 message box. They all are saying same reply on call that they highlight issue. But nothing happening. Really feeling bad to use paytm. 🚫

    Tried calling to talk to customer care executive at @Paytm and they made me listen to bunch of series of prerecorded things and select the options and finally sent me the link to Bot chat box... So there's basically no one in the company to listen or solve any query... #Shame

    Companies like @Paytm can never become a great success. It's been 3 days that I've been trying to call @Paytmcare. There is no resolution on the issue. It has been 13 days that I ordered @FASTag_NETC. Not here yet.

    @Paytmcare I have usage paytm postpaid i have pay regularly but this time your side issue and you have late fee charged me .i have complain customer care but till date not any update for my issue. I think your system is totally slow.

    @Paytm I want to get my merchant account kyc authorized signatory name to be updated. Support call is just trying to transfer the call from kyc to merchant department, but none of them are able to solve the issue. Please Help!!!

    Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

    @Paytmcare If the merchant received the payment, share a settlement/transaction ID or proof I can show them. Why should the customer keep running between Paytm, the bank & merchant? I paid via Paytm—please coordinate with your merchant and resolve it. Ref: 619609903653

    @Paytm How much more time will it take to resolve my issue? It has been almost a month now, and every time I raise it on X, your team replies that you are “working on it.” I want to understand how long a customer is expected to wait for a basic issue to be resolved.

    Hey @Paytm @Paytmcare, it’s been over 2 MONTHS since my flight refund of ₹5,253 was processed by the airline, but it hasn't reached my bank account! Multiple emails sent to your support team have been completely ignored. Is this how you treat your customers? Please resolve ASAP!
