    @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare i am trying hard to contact paytm care support executive, but there is not a single number to call them, i tried 24x7 service on app but still not able to connect, they just have a recorded msg, which is not solving my issue. Feeling helpless

    @Paytmcare Amount paid on dineout app using paytm wallet is not being reflected in paytm passbook. I had a tough time in finding the details of transaction in credit card statement. It is disappointing to observe an issue in basic functionality of app :(

    @Paytmcare @paytmmallcare i am addressing my genuine problem that i am facing contacting to paytm, there is not a channel to direct talk to paytm costomer support executives, this is a very poor thing as compare to other e-commerce like flipkart and amazon, please be genuine.

    @Paytmcare Whenever i scan QR code (ePaisa) at mulund thane toll naka, it forces me to pay via UPI in spite of having money in paytm wallet. Please fix this issue as i have to end up entering upi pin in public which is a security risk

    @Paytm @Paytmcare even after submitting the cancelled cheques and giving all documents, the team at Paytm namely Mr ganesh Bhagwat. Has not cared to even check the bank details properly and this has resulted in problem to me. They have taken advance payments for machines…….

    @Paytmcare Hi Vinod, Thanks. Yes, the promo was available yesterday, and I was able to redeem it. It would have been great if the Paytm support team had resolved this issue sooner. The resolution took more than a week and required multiple follow-ups through both Twitter and the Paytm app.
