@Paytmcare I just don't, which online or even offline service provider doesn't have customer care executives. Apparently, you have one, but the option for connecting to an executive is not available in your voice support system. Now, who does that!

@Paytmcare Do you think that Paytm tech is too advanced already that your Automatic chat system can resolve any issues without talking to customer care executive ?There is no way of contacting or talk to an executive for help. A poor support system. Twitter is not customer care.
