    @Paytm Dear Team, Its very pathetic as i am used paytm postpaid facility approx 2000 INR and from 2 july 2021 i am trying pay due amount but unable to pay. Every time I received flash message from paytm on paytm app that "Sorry for Inconvenience & we are working on It".

    @Paytm is fraud. They take money from the users and doesn’t deliver the product on time. Contacting customer support chat is not easy task they just leave you from where you start.@Paytmcare @PaytmMall

    @Paytmcare I was doing my mobile recharge from my credit card by paytm. Suddenly your app just glitched and the recharge was done on a different number. Now i am trying to fix this but 24x7 isn't helping me with this. Please solve this.

    @Paytmcare This amount was been added from a customer debit card as the POS machine was not working after getting transaction successful and customer also received debit message I allowed the customer to leave. Now how will I be able to search customer to get the same amount

As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible. Kindly understand the urgency of my situation and assist me at the earliest. I would really appreciate your support. Thank you.

    @sheefal @Paytmcare @Paytm Never use paytm, they sell their roduct with huge promises but at the time of need shows their back. They have no service after sale. You keep on calling but no response. So I will request all not to use paytm.

    Dear @RBI successfully I paid 4031.1 rs @SMARTBazaarIn store on 08/04/2026 via @Paytm dynamic QR which installed in store, after payment confirmation from my end till date they not provide the goods & not return my payment. Kindly solved my problem
