@Paytm @RBI Hello Sir, Paytm has allowed me to add money to wallet but not allowing to withdraw. KYC also i have completed still issue. They are holding on to customers funds. They resolve tickets but no solution is mentioned there. This paytm is a disaster in making.

@Paytmcare While making Payment to a merchant of 10k, App never showed an option to transfer via bank account but from wallet, merchant doest receive wallet payment and now more than 10k in my wallet .Pl initiate refund immediately to my bank account as Customer Care is Pathetic
