    @Paytm Sir i can't make a transaction in my paytm wallet. I can't transfer money to my bank account from my paytm wallet. I have completed my kyc as well . And if i went to the nearest kyc shop the tell me that your kyc is completed but i can't make any transaction. Please help

    @UPPCLLKO @PVVNLHQ my issue is not yet resolved. The recharge issue is still there in your website also. Please take care and do the needful. @Paytmcare ur support team has been working but of no use.

    @akashkesharwa15 @Paytm Paytm is just a mediator to make a revenue from them but not the customer centric. If anything goes wrong to the end User, they simply say "sorry sir it's not part of our bucket, we will have them to connect with you in sometime", who never comes back or doesn't sort our issue

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Hey Paytm, for closure of my postpaid account I had raised multiple requests. No one is taking any action toward that. Is this ur customer service? It has been almost more than 3 months. I am raising request every single month.

    The worst experience ever from @Paytm. There is no proper customer service and if there is any technical glitche means its gone! The chatbots are really funny as it gives the same reply for any query.@Paytmcare asks for screenshots and screen recordings but of no use. Fed up!!
