    Is there a way 2 get money back paid on paytm wallet of another user @Paytmcare who was supposed to give me service but did not. I cannot raise dispute in bank as i received that money from my friend's wallet to my wallet and i paid for service. Any way i can get money back?

    Hello Paytm, I have an open ticket with your support team since the last 5 days and nobody is trying to resolve it.Ticket number is 3185675804. I would request you to atleast have the decency to reply to your customers. Really disappointed with your service. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @RBI @Paytm @PaytmBank My issue with the payment bank is still not resolved I made a transaction in 9jun and today is the 14th 5days no response from Paytm when I call customer care they all say we can't do anything I'm frustrated, depressed, and hopeless. #scam #paytmisuseless

    I experienced that @paytm does everything immediately. No issue at all. Fast and easy. While I tried today @Freecharge transaction was successful as per them for the electricity bill but actually it didn't update it in real. I'll say @Paytm is father of all other related apps.
