    @Paytmcare Hello, I am writing to urgently request an update on my refund for booking PNR ZDHT7X. As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible.     @Paytmcare @Paytm "Dear Paytm Support, I recently repaid my loan based on the waiver option as per your policy, which stated that the remaining dues would be waived. However, I have received a call from the collections team asking for an additional money.
