@Paytmcare I made a payment on 1st March 2021 which was not received by the merchant and also not refunded to my account. Since then I am constantly trying to approach paytm but there routes always stay busy or when the executives answer they are not able to help or clear out.

@Paytmcare Sbi card payment is still Pending, you deduct someone money and keep it easily for 2 working days on bank end resolution name and enjoy that big payment and customer suffer loses for time being when he is expecting that money for sone important work ASAP
