  @Paytmcare @PaytmBank I have already written to your team multiple times for kyc error issue on one of my number where wallet debit has been freezed. Every time I upload kyc doc it comes back saying verification failed n that after waiting for 48hrs. Is this your customer service

  Dear, @Paytmcare @Paytm i had your payment sound box but it wasn't useful so i filled a form from your customer care for deactivation of the device. The service man said your money would be refunded within a week but now its over a month and your service man isn't responding too.
