@Paytmcare @Paytmcare shame on you guys. If customer is in trouble he or she is only left to hear that bloody robot put on phone which is no use. Can you guys update a customer care executive to talk to us and resolve our issue rather than putting that useless robots on your 24/7 number.

@Paytm its normally happen when huge transactions happen and the server fails to process. i would suggest upgrading your servers and using advanced database like azure cosmosDB and Kubernetes . paytm has also same problem- but its ok - you can fix it

@Paytm I was also stuck with this kind of scenarios for a couple of times and thank god the shopkeeper was someone i know personally,i have stopped using gpay,and even paytm gave me some problems like money was deducted from my bank acct but it never reached the merchant.
