@PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@Paytm For all, if you make payment via Paytm for a service/product then they might send you messages again and again everyday for buying that product/service again even if you tell them not to do so.

never book flights with @paytm you will regret it. My flight got.cancelled from.the airline but the paytm says I got it cancelled and gave me.partial refund Even after providing the screenshot email proof, they are 'looking' in to the issue. Its a SCAM !!! BEWARE

@Paytm @Paytmcare Whenever I call the executive, manager or POS support getting the same response refund will be processed in 15days. I don't know which calendar you guys are using where 15 days are equal to 4 months. I need my money back
