@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@Paytmcare Pathetic services. I purchased two wheeler insurance a few days ago and till now I can't download the policy. When I click on the download policy nothing happens. Also, there is no option to connect to the customer care executive. Automated messages are not helpful.
