@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@PaytmMoneyCare [Day 16th] still no refund process after going to and fro with @PaytmMoneyCare through app messages and emails I have found that this is the worst service ever! No refund. I don’t even know if you guys are trying. @Paytmcare #paytmfraud #zeroservice

@Paytm Worst Service On 24/12/2021,I debited 6000₹ from ICICI Bank ATM through Paytm ATM card , and Cash amount didn't receive to me , but debited from my account After that I call coustomer care and submitted dispute form and still not get my money back . Very Disappointed

@SwalehShamim @Paytm Probably why UPI can't replace cards. I have been using credit cards for 10-15 years now, never faced this down issue. On the other hand, UPI has this problem at least a couple of times a month

made if there are any physical damages to the machine. The machine was immediately returned in good condition. Now @Paytmcare says that there is no refund policy. The behaviour is cheating as their website also states about full Refund if returned within 15 days. The
