@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@paytm Hi Paytm support team, This is to bring into you notice that I am a Paytm postpaid user for more than 1 year. I had a Paytm postpaid bill of Rs. 5594 for the month of September 2021. Because of my loss of job and financial constraints, I could not pay the bill on time.
