@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@Paytmcare My wife doesn’t have access to her old phone number. She wants to update her account with a new number. Your website doesn’t help solve this issue. It’s impossible to find the number to talk to a Care rep. It should be a lot lot easier.
