@Paytmcare @Paytm i have done the rent payment through paytm 2 days before. And it is still showing that transaction is in process. How i reach to customer care. The bot does not tell to press any key related to rent payment to reach out to customer care. Please do something asap

@Paytmcare @Paytm Trying to connect to your useless 24x7 help from last 3 days. Can't find either option nor email id to register my issue. My PayTM Fastag was blacklisted even after having the balance. I had to pay twice the amount at toll because of that.

@Paytmcare And it's not just about the money. How can I trust a service which says that my account is active and still I can't use it. And I am the one who pays for your issues. And cherry on top is that there no option the register this specific complaint in the app / website.
