I request you to please stay connected with the Bank of Baroda support and the cyber crime authorities for further assistance. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.
