    @IntrCity avoid their service, its pathetic. Their contact No doeant work, the bus driver No theu share is fake, the bus tracking link doesnt work, if you are in a new place, high chances that you will miss the bus. @Paytmcare

    @PaytmCare Repeatedly trying to reach customer support via calls and the Help & Support section, but no response or resolution. Extremely disappointing service experience. Customers should not have to struggle just to connect with support. Kindly assist. #Paytm #CustomerService

    @Paytmcare Cashback promised of Rs 50 has still not been credited to my account despite meeting all the conditions laid down. That is the reason why Paytm has lost its credibility. Don't promise which you can't fulfil or just don't promise at all as making excuses does no good
