  @Paytmcare @Paytm I've already tried Uninstalling reinstalling the app, Clearing cache and app data, Restarting my phone Unfortunately, the issue still persists.   I’ve made a UPI Transaction yesterday at 4:11 pm, it’s been debited from my acc but not credited in recipients acc, I’ve been trying to reach out to customer care for @Paytm & @aubankindia but to no avail, I’m just getting the bot response. It’s so unethical.

  @Paytm @Paytmcare @SuryodayBank Paid ₹9,000 in full on 30 July & requested closure. Yet ₹180 Convenience Fee + ₹32.40 IGST was charged,and ₹212.40 was auto-debited on 3 Aug. Multiple emails to Suryoday Bank,but no acknowledgment or response.Why is customer grievance ignored?
