    @Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.

    I brought car insurance policy But later at kyc stage due to some issues I couldn't upload document. But policy payment was made via credit card. Now I have taken insurance from some other sources. How to get my refund. @Paytmcare

    Paytm, this is extremely disappointing. Multiple spending mandates are being processed across multiple accounts on the same day, and even after repeated complaints, they are neither stopped nor cancelled from Kotak Ac. Such poor handling very bad service @Paytmcare @KotakCares

    @Paytmcare booked @flyspicejet flight with you. But flight is delayed by 6 hrs. no communication provided for delay and no alternate option provided. And no option to cancel also. Please help me cancel the flight with full refund booking id 27326090561

    @Paytmcare How's that my problem. You took my money on their behalf, you earn commission or whatever. You are responsible. They might never reply then? It's already two weeks. Just give back my money and deal with them how you see fit. If more of my time is wasted, I'd require compensation.

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service
