  Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

  @Paytm @YoloBus My Srinagar–Delhi bus 5 July was scheduled to depart at 3:00PM. I reached the boarding point at 2:00PM but the driver informed me the bus had already left at 1:30PM due to an “issue.” No prior call SMS or notification was sent. Yet my refund has been denied twice.

  How many ages more will you take to solve a simple flight booking issue?? @Paytmcare @Paytm if you're not competent enough to complete that booking why have you deducted money? Even if it's deducted what is taking so long to initiate for a refund?????
