No proper response despite repeated follow-ups. This is harassment and unacceptable service. RBI complaint filed. Expecting immediate resolution.

Not would it allow using the UPI lite balance for transactions. 2 days ago, all UPI transactions stopped working. All you do is raise tickets and keep buying time, week after week !
