    @Paytmcare its been 5 days my soundbox is not working this is 3rd time in week i call customer care to change the box they they changed 2 soundbox and 1 sim still cant able to solve my problem

    @Paytmcare @Paytm Harassed by forced delivery of an old, broken Soundbox! Deducting unauthorized charges despite 'lifetime free' promise. Ticket #500007029542 pending forever, executive never visits, chatbot stuck in a loop. Refund & deactivate NOW or I'll go to RBI.

    @Paytmcare How much time will you take it’s been more than 4 days since i have raised the request for a refund. I have contacted the airline they have already transferred the refund why are you guys not giving back the amount. Such pathetic customer service & 0 accountability. PNR-LB1FFA
