@Paytmcare I talked to SBI customer care they say I have done transaction with paytm upi and paytm is 3rd party apps for them. I have to complain about it in paytm only. And you ask me to talk to bank customer care. This means that it is risky to take the payment here.

Worst service from @Paytm. I have purchased Quick Heal Total Security and at the time of purchase the Email delivery time was within 2 hours but it’s been more than 30 hours and I didn’t get email delivery of my software. Also not getting any response from @Paytmcare. #paytm
