Hello ,I have struck money in my paytm account since 5 days because of fail upi transaction ,I tried contacting paytm support ,they are blaming @NPCI_NPCI . @NPCI_NPCI @Paytmcare can you please look into this matter and help me somehow ? Since paytm giving excuses daily.

@Paytmcare @Paytmcare solve this ticket Id 3140370072 its open for 5 days and still open you guys not understand our problem. Transaction failure took 5 days and more to refund. Now 6 day starting still I didn't got any money you guys must do something immediately....
