Hi @Paytm I had booked a ticket from patna to Nawada. But when I reached to patna bus depot they said that Bus was cancelled. And contacting on the number that given in the ticket they had no idea about the bus. Also customer care not picking up the call Please refund my money

@Paytm @Paytmcare My Fastag is being charged for the trip I didn't even make and for the wrong Vehicle class as well. This happened the third time in a row now. Customer support is also pathetic when anyone is in need. No query is resolved even after 3 working days.
