@Paytm Fed up of calling your executives. Had raised an issue (Ref:- 48917924) on 15th March 2021 for amount not being settled in my business account. Despite repeated calls i haven’t got any reply from your side. Seriously fed up and the the amount in question is 50k.

@Paytmcare seriously, paytm has THE WORST customer care team. I've been writing to them continuously to look after my issue but they just don't care! Their processes are so complex and NOT customer-friendly! Thinking of quitting their platform all together.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I am still waiting for my refund. Nor your executive nor any of your person has called us and adhered to our issues. Airline has given the refund what's the issue from your end to give us the refund. I have rec'd all my refunds from airline and others
