    @Paytmcare Pathetic service and customer care even worst. They are not keen on resolving issus even it continues for months together. Simply inform customer to follow the SMS Link and log acomplaint. To the surprise you only able to log a issue only if it is on there predefined issue list.

    Hello! Though my Paytm account is kyc verified, I'm getting message to update kyc again and again. May I know the reason? Also no one can send money for the same reason. All transactions are getting failed. Please resolve this issue. @Paytm @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare Hi there yesterday I purchased a Google Play redeem code of ₹400 it was giving error so I asked your support team sent them ticket along with attachment with error message and the guy who was solving the ticket used my 400₹ redeem code and just after his reply to me

    @vijayshekhar It's really easy to laugh at others. You won't when reminded @Paytmcare keeps on responding service issues are to be taken up with merchant while actual issue raised is why #paytm is not crediting refund issued by merchant. That happens when tweets are copied to you. Seriously!
