    I had raised ticket 22047178233 on 17/9/21 for refund,ticket cancelled by provider. Called 4 times but no resolution, SLA is of 7 days and it's more then 21days. Only response by team is we are escalating but no use. Plz help @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar @PaytmTravel

    @gopu_jayaraj @Paytm Seems like there's no good option in travel industry tbh. You go through any travel agency, they make similar excuses. I only went through paytm because my cards weren't working on official website. And here too there were misleading options as compared to official website.

    @Paytmcare what is the best way to reach you? Despite being a paytmfirst member, you dont deliver any customer care, leave aside talking about priority care. Your AI assistant is useless, doesnt resolve any issue or connects to actual customer care team.

    @Paytmcare today I recharged my mobile No. with ₹149 from Paytm wallet having opening balance of ₹905 but due to server side error duplicate recharge was initiated 4 times and balance was deducted for the same.Recharge was successful only once but I got refund for 2. Pls refund
