Hey @Paytmcare @Paytm you deducted the amount via UPI but merchant did not get the payment. Your app support gives the same response to cancel the mandate go here and there. But my issue is "payment deducted from bank but did not reach the merchant". My money is stuck with you.

@paytmbankcare It has already been 10 days @Paytmcare. I can share the phone recording done today (19.01.2023) where the Paytm Customer care executive clearly accepted that it has been beyond 10 days. Please count your calendar days.
