@Paytmcare @paytm as per your concern, I have shared whole conversation in DM. You are not answering properly since you have initiated refund on 6th February, 2023. Its been 15 working days. How many days does it take to complete the refund process ? It's so shameful behaviour.

@Paytm @Paytmcare it is your duty to solve the issues, Get back to the queries and being answerable to all the queries. How much time is enough for the resolution of an issue ? This needs to be clear on urgent basis. How much time your team will take to respond ?

@Paytm Unable to check bank details or add money to wallet using bank account. It's asking for sim verification. Why? Why can't I use Paytm in 2 phones. Why have you made it mandatory for the regd sim to be inserted. Other ppl I know are using #Paytm on dual phones without issue.

I was disappointed, I tried to contact customer support, but can't connected, after few days again they call and said ki payment karo, I tell all My story but she denied, she talked rudely and soughted on me, now every month late fee 59rs for just 60rs.@PaytmBank @Paytmcare
