    @Paytm - Waste service towards customers nobody is available to solve problems. Not able to connect with customer care and there is no proper mail id where customer can escalate his/her issue.

    @IRCTCofficial The worst app i have ever seen. I recommend everyone not to use #IRCTCAPP for ticket booking. Instead of that use @Paytm Or use IRCTC website. Such a pathetic application. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @sai_krishna_199 @Paytm I want to close but now the fraudulent transaction need to be resolved by Paytm first! The answer to your question, if there is no dues than it should be done within 2-3 working days! After the frauds I closed my Amazon Pay later and it was done within 3 days!

    @Paytmcare Ticket : 3222748295 I made the payment of ₹5000 on Paytm money app to purchase a mutual fund. But the Paytm money shows transaction declined and money was deducted. Paytm customer care said they raised a chargeback. But it's been several days and NO UPDATE.

    @Paytm i would like to draw your attention towards the security System of your app 'PAYTM'. I am using this since last few years, today I saw my wallet balance decreased without even making a payment, it can be someone who hacked my A/C, Please help in some way if you can.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I had raised request to close my postpaid account last week, customer executive said that it will be deactivated by Oct 8,2022 but I am able to see that it is not yet deactivated. When I try to contact the customer service again they are not responding properly.
