@Paytm @RBI @FinMinIndia Your Paytm postpaid services is a ****.lazypay is far better than yours. Also why there is requirement of kuc and selfie for closing the account.the same was not required in opening the account.

@Paytmcare @Paytm you have a **** customer care guys sitting on 24*7 helpline thing, just pasting the SR and not providing the appropriate resolution and charging unnecessary fees to customers. I want to talk to someone on call regarding this!!
