"I'm extremely disappointed with @Paytm! I've been trying to contact their postpaid department, but it seems there isn't one. I took a postpaid loan, paid it off, but it's still showing active on my CIBIL report. No one is addressing my issue, and it's a letdown for Paytm users

@Paytmcare Paytm Money's cust service is terrible, even after 2 years since their launch.Paytm assist can't answer queries properly and there's no option to connect with an agent. Despite paying ₹354P.a, we don't get proper customer support. It's frustrating and unacceptable

I have sent all the necessary documents to Paytm Bank several times. I am being heard by the bank. I also have an FD in Paytm Bank but I am not able to access my account. If you can't open my account then transfer my money to my other account @paytmbankcare @Paytm @Paytmcare

I had sufficient balance in my paytm fastag account but it was showing low balance i have raised complaint for the issue they said to pay penalty and move forward they will get it refunded once fastag gets active but now they are not responding @Paytm @Paytmcare @NHAI_Official
