    I booked a flight ticket on 7th April 2026 for my brother, but mistakenly entered the name as Kesar Lama instead of Keshar Lama. The travel date is 22nd April 2026, and the issue is still unresolved. Kindly request you to correct the name at the earliest. @Paytm @Paytmcare

    @OfficialDMRC @Paytm Booked Delhi metro ticket T1 via Paytm. UNUSED as staff said not accepted & asked new one. As per DMRC, unused tickets refundable within 60 min I am within time. No Refund. Helpline 155370 not working. @MoHUA_India #DelhiMetro #DMRC #DelhiAirport

    @Paytmcare I transferred Rs 500 to UPI and instead of credit the remaining balance too vanished. Ticket No: #200011174671 was raised on April 1, till now only automated response or false information that issue has been resolved. Please expedite.

    @gibesandswings @prabha4652 @Paytmcare I purchased Paytm Gold a few days ago. After 4–5 days of the purchase, my Paytm account was blocked. Now, whenever I try to log in , the screen turns white and the app gets frozen. I am unable to access my account and I also Installed Paytm on other mobile phones using my number.
