    @vijayshekhar @PaytmCare Critical process failure in Paytm Flights. The customer experience is completely broken your IVR and automated bot offer no human escalation pathway during a travel emergency, forcing users onto social media just to find a resolution.

    @Paytm Credit card bill payment is pending for more than 48 hours and there is no help from so called AI powered Customer Care. I need to know whether the payment will process or when i will get the redund. Let me know how much time will it take to solve the issue.

    For you Rs 4251/- is a small amount and it got swindled on your platform from my wallet - for me it's a fraud committed on me and I want you @Paytm to reimburse me the above amount of Rs 4251/- all commercial or public sector banks compensate/reimburse their customers in case a fraud is reported by customer I expect you to reimburse me the above amount asap - Regards Vikram Gulati Senior Advocate SupremeCourt- 1st reminder

    @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCare its been already 10 days I have raised a ticket immediately after the bus got cancelled with proof for the from the operator. But the ticket got closed with no resolution and refund. If the operator is not responding issue the refund as it's already been 10 days.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Booked flight using paytm the amount was not Fully refunded and already escalated this issue and still there is no proper response from you all and @airindia is directly giving you a clarity that amount was fully refunded why are you all not refunding my amount
