@Paytmcare I couldn't update my kyc. There is no way to provide my kyc verification. The app and call centre send links that didn't work. Couldn't contact customer care. Only pre-recorded messages are told and the link sent for updating kyc is not working.

@Paytmcare I was charged a late fee for missing the bill payment for Paytm Postpaid. I didn't receive any notification via an email/SMS, am I supposed to remember and clear the bill? NO THANKS. And you have the BEST SUPPORT system, no way to post my query via chat/email /call!
