@Paytmcare Worst customer service in India award should go to Paytm. My KYC is already done still I'm unable to use my wallet, it shows upgrade your KYC and when I click on that it shows your KYC is done, can you guys be even a little responsible and look into this matter?

Dear @Paytm team i have 10 days ago our request submit your 24*7 team my paytm account recovery because my 1 mobile number 2 account open so I have request submit my old account close and recover new account all transactions and wallet amount but till not solve my problem.....

Pathetic Customer Service by @PaytmBank and @Paytmcare , they are just in hurry to close the ticket id (198496031) to meet their number metric without even solving customer’s problem. 10das 4 ticket I’d being raised regarding same problem all of them closed without solving.
