Transferred Rs 20 K to a vendor through Paytm UPI on 10th Oct and still didn’t received by Vendor and didn’t return to my account also after 38 days even. Tried to connect to Paytm customer care several times the app has limitations. @PaytmBank @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare I have done my Electricity recharge through my payment on 16 October, Payment success but recharge failed, first they told issue will resolve in 4hrs, then 24hrs now by 20 oct. I checked with service provider also they didn’t receive , new way to scam people

Flipkart and Paytm are doing a scam with me. I tried to order a Puma Shoes on flipkart on 7th October and selected Paytm as payment mode, but the payment got deducted from Paytm and order was not placed. I contacted both @Flipkart and @Paytm customer care but (01/N)

Use @paytm far better than @CRED_club, which is a Fraud and Cheap app with Pathetic Customer service. Use Paytm for card payment, Credit score, Rent payment and many more things, **** get tempted for a little bet they don provide any cashback instead you will lose your money.

@Paytm says money is sent but @Flipkart says money is not received. As a result I have lost my money. No one is replying with correct updates. Pathetic customer care. Will never order from these sides. Just need my money back!!
