  Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

  @Paytmcare , paid through paytm on @Meesho_Official, payment completes, money get deducted, @Paytm confirms the payment, but order is not processed. Your chatbots do jot help. Ticket 200012319393 gets closed without any resolution. No refund yet Process the refund asap

  @PaytmCare @PaytmBusiness URGENT: I am unable to change my settlement setting to 'Next Day Payout' due to a continuous server error on your dashboard.   @Paytmcare @Paytm cares only for money & frustrating its users, even after so much downfall paytm hasn't learnt it's lesson. You issue cash back code it's showing its already been used though code was never used, screenshot & source of code provided still want more proof of video

  What a pathetic customer service is thi, @Paytm? I asked why the minimum order value wasn't mentioned in Flipkart's T&Cs, and your executive is just reading back the voucher terms instead of answering my question.
