@Paytm I contacted to Jio care as well they are claiming recharge is not done yet. And there is no response from Paytm support. Na hi recharge hua hai itne din se na money refunded. You guys are just forcing me to take this matter legally @Paytm @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare @paytm Its been a week now without resolution. This is a competitive world and you are taking so much time to resolve the issue with the app?? It is still not resolved!! I am not able to apply for loan. Should I go for other apps???? How much longer should I wait. No ETA so far!!

@hrithwik_ @Paytm @Paytmcare Not with SBI tho, have used it some time back, also if something has been working in a particular way doesn't mean it cannot improve right ? Adding a layer of security is better imo.
