@paytm I wasn’t even aware my Paytm postpaid was activated for a month and yesterday I got a call from Paytm that you need to pay 3,640 and today I paid also unfortunately I was charged 590 rupees & nobody mentioned about this charges. Please resolve my issue!

@Paytmcare I want to close my Paytm postpaid account because after constantly using Paytm app and paytm postpaid for payments, My postpaid limit is not increased. Your support team told me that it will be increased once I pay my bill on time which I did everytime 🤬

@Paytmcare I have been trying to connect over call and message but unfortunately unable to. I plan to discontinue the debit card. It has no utility and high annual fees. Kindly help in deactivating and discontinuing of debit card for my account.
