@Paytmcare @Paytm, I have been trying to reach customer care about my account login issue in Paytm app to login from my email id but there is no such option to do so.The chat option doesn’t help at all. It only asks for mobile number login issue which I wasn’t registered with.

@Paytm @Paytmcu35518509 @Paytmcare so adding money to paytm wallet doesn’t require a KYC but retrieving the amount from the paytm wallet required KYC? And I couldn’t complete my KYC so my wallet money is stuck in it forever? Poor customer care support!!

This login issue was happened after I updated the app and I was logged out of my account and I’m not able to re-login. @Paytm Please resolve this issue ASAP.
