@paytmbankcare Thanks @Paytm for looking into this issue. @Uber Paytm support has confirmed that I need to connect with Uber. The workarounds suggested so far have not resolved the issue. The paytm wallet option is only available on Uber app and is currently not working.

Dear @Paytmcare, it would be better to respond the customer query in timely manner. The thing is, in most of the organisation, at least customers are being listened. #disappointed #Paytm.
