    As customers, if we are expected to rely primarily on chatbot support, then the information provided should at least be accurate and trustworthy. Right now, there is more contradiction than clarity. @Paytm #public

    Funny how @PaytmTravel replied instantly on Twitter saying “we’ll help you”and asked me to DM them. Its been 3 days since I sent the DM and again no reply. Public replies for image, silence in private when it’s time to actually solve the issue. @Paytmcare . Still no replies btw

    The Paytm Money app is facing serious issues today. It's auto-logging me out repeatedly every few minutes, and the app is not working properly at all. This is very frustrating during market hours. Please fix this ASAP! @Paytm @PaytmMoney @PaytmMoneyCare #PaytmMoney #AppIssue

    Vendors are not free resources. Daily Digital gave proper campaign support for @Paytm #PaytmKaro, and Aksshay Pathak with his company should clear the pending payment without further delay. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytmcare @jagograhakjago 5 days since I reported issue about unused Nykaa giftcard bought from Paytm showing 'invalid' despite being in validity & not redeemed. Got call from agent y'day, explained all again but still no resolution. Need proper investigation & resolution ASAP
