    @Paytm wt respect to order 12434444409. I have shared enough evidences tht the product had tampered seal n it was readhered. Also the product inside is unresponsive/dead. Yet even after a week @Paytmcare has failed to resolve this issue. Your app is equally useless in redressal.

    @Paytmcare Hii i ordered a product from paytm order id-12460431403 on dt 21 dec 2020 but the product came was not working and i placed a return request .. still the product is not returned nor any pickup boy contacted.. i msged in 24x7 helpline but there was also no reply .
