    @Paytmcare I have already shared the entire episode on DM. The merchant has initiated the transaction reversal but you haven't credited it to the customer's account. Kindly do it at the earliest. It's been about 2 weeks! Thanks! @RBIsays

    @Paytmcare As you had suggested, i had cleared cache from phone setting, then uninstall app, restart phone and again install app but issue still not resolved. Even UPI lite dashboard with balance amount not visible.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare There is no way to connect to a human agent/customer service through your app. Your AI bot is clueless when it comes to conversation about some topics. I need to cancel a pending transaction ASAP. Please connect with an agent

    hey @OfficialBMRCL i did rs.300 card recharge on 22.07 in #Paytm order id:25678959097 unfortunately I forgot to top up card I tried to call helpline to escalate the issue, I am waiting for >15min but helpline is not connecting, please help me with this @Paytm
