Tweet 2 @Paytmcare @Paytm I got it confirmed on customer care as well and they said Its updated, even than I continuously got reminders, I again sent DM to @Paytmcare with proof of payment, and now they say it's still due, the same handle confirmed the payment back in February

@Paytmcare Looks like @paytm is not interested in resolving my issue. Is there an ombudsman that one can escalate the matter to. @Paytmcare keeps ignoring and my queries by sending same responses again and again. No attempt to even understand the real issue.

@Paytmcare Still waiting for my refund after being told that the transfer was taking long due to a technical glitch. Continuous follow-ups and your team has disappeared, been 2 weeks now. Sent transfer details thrice, may you please help? I'm fed up!!
