@SaketGokhale Sir please put some light on this @Paytm fast tag scandal. Once you recharge your Paytm fast tag and then plan to change your provider there is no way you can claim the unused money. Serious issue.

Does anyone know, why the companies make it so damm hard for us customers to talk to a representative or a real person instead of having a bot? I'm trying to get my issue with @Paytm @Paytmcare sorted, but there is literally no option for us to chat with a person.
