    @Paytmcare I made a payment using Paytm on 14th Feb and was eligible for ₹40 cashback on the transaction to be credited within 6 days. Its been over 25 days now and still the status of cashback is pending. This is pathetic service from you guys.

    @vijayshekhar @AshLilani Inspite of reporting on time your team has let the fraud to loot and escape the money. Reported on Feb 28th . Your @Paytm bot which is only support couldn't block the fraud . Accept my mistake of sharing OTP, how the fraud had access to my bank no ? Why your team dint take action

    @Paytmcare i booked a ticket from your platform but i had to cancel it because name was not correct. I have contacted the airlines too and they have release full refund based on the complaint. The refund is block at Paytm end. I tried connecting over chat support but it's no use
