    @Paytmcare Support is useless as so is your AI assistant. Raised many requests to deactivate Paytm business and return Soundbox but it's useless. Nobody comes home to collect soundbox. Multiple requests neglected.

    Hey @flyspicejet @Paytmcare do u have intent to resolve the problem and give my refund.. it's almost 20 days gone still I didn't received my Refund for which flight has been cancelled by Spicejet and booked from Paytm Apo. PNR NGNL3N @MoCA_GoI Hope u r taking note & get involved.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBusiness I had already deactivated/cancelled my Paytm Soundbox, but I was still charged ₹693 for the period from 25 July till now. Since the Soundbox was already deactivated and I am not using the service, Please look into this issue, refund the ₹693.

    @paytm my phone got stolen and the thief has setup new paytm upi and changed my upi pin and done the transaction worth rs 94,999 I have also lodged a cyber crime complaint when I login to paytm in my device it is showing no active session but he is actively trying to do payments

    @Paytm @Paytmcare pathetic customer service. My money is deducted & your Paytm page nt openg IRCTC page so that I can Book my ticket. No response till yet. Also no option for customer service. Only automated reply @vijayshekhar pls stop cheating ppl everytime. Improve service
