    Hi @NPCI_NPCI @RBI Why is @Paytm given the licence to loot it's customer?? Paytm for business isn't releasing my payouts since 11/09/2025. Neither no one is listening to my complaint. Where did Paytm get such impunity from?

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I have booked a flight through your app but the transaction failed on 14th sep 2025 but still I am not able to get refund from paytm. Your customer care assistant is just reconnecting every time and not able to contact your channel. @vijayshekhar #paytmfraud

    @Paytmcare @Paytm – As the name says Paytm care, but sadly they don’t care at all. I’ve been trying for 7 days to get my refund, and all I get is a useless automated system with no real support team. Extremely poor service! Can someone genuine from Paytm help me?
