@airvistara I booked 2 tickets PNR R9MWYN on dated 6-Jun-21 to visit Mumbai from VNS. Due to some health issues in family, we are not able to travel. I humbly request you to refund amount 🙏 No response from customer care of @airvistara and @Paytmcare thru which ticket booked.

@geekyranjit I use @Paytm. Reason is it has wallet support, ticket booking facility (though not useful now) and also I like their UI.

@Paytm @PaytmBusiness I am really frustrated with your customer executive. They are not able to resolve my issue with Paytm wallet even after so many follow ups. They just provide vanilla solutions without looking into customer actual issue

@geekyranjit Mainly using Bhim Upi and Amazon pay, sometimes @Paytm and @PaytmBank is really fast on refund issues.
