@Paytmcare your 24x7 support is pathetic. You cannot take a simple request of transferring fastag from an old number which is inaccessible to a new number. You have robots in your customer care who just send the same replies.

@BickyDRock @Paytm request against the receiver's Punjab national Bank to get the amount reversed into your bank account. Please note that Paytm is only the payment service provider in this transaction, hence the chargeback can only be raised by your IDBI Bank(3/4)

@Paytm @PaytmMoney what kind of pathetic customer service you guys are running. How anyone is supposed to reach you guys when you haven't provided any contact info. your chat support seems to run on bots. without understating they are giving automated reply.
