  @Paytm @Paytmcare why have you made soundbox mandatory while registration for a QR code? Why not provide new customers to select only QR code service which is free? Why do u levy hefty 999rs soundbox charges along with new QR code registration at time of KYC for new customer?

  @Paytm I was making a UPI transaction of 9700rs and the the transaction has failed but the money was debited from my bank account UPI reference number 208000439392 ... Please solve my issue and refund the amount .. it was very crucial transaction an need this money in urgency

  @Paytmcare @armurali097 Paytm business is a scam app and also the customer executive are harcore scammers. I wanted to close my soundbox but these scammers convinced me they can only close the account by upgrading it and now no one is reachable. Paytm is built around scam.

  @TheBigGeek @vijayshekhar @Paytm Yeah recently onboarded with PayTM - gateway engine is excellent but rest of the UX stack for the merchant is more than a decade behind. - Principal issue I have is not being able to trigger refunds from my website dashboard. I have to manually find payments and then refund each on the merchant dashboard. - No refund balance facility, Razorpay allows us to load money and keep for refunds. For eg: I have ₹10k always available for instant refunds on Razorpay.
