Very poor support by @Paytmcare @PaytmBank @Paytm my access to the account is blocked arbitrarily stating there are inconsistent transactions in my account without letting me know the exact nature of inconsistencies. As a customer am I not entitled to know the inconsistencies?

@Paytm There is a Bug in your service. As soon as I initiate money transfer from wallet to Beneficiary Bank A/C , it says "Add money to wallet". I did it free for you as I can't expect any reward 4 the same unlike Google/Facebook.

@Paytm I have to pay my paytm postpaid loan but it is not showing to pay in my paytm app. I have called Paytm costumer care there is no response from them. It has been 10 days the interest may increase. So please help me out from this @vijayshekhar sir.
