    @Paytmcare It is almost 8 days blocking my account and there is no customer support and whenever I ask we will update shortly like tell you ...but problem not solved ..now how much time you want to resolve this issue.Already 8 day finished

    Hi @Paytmcare @Paytm, it’s been over 20 days of constant follow-ups and still no resolution. Absolutely pathetic customer service and complete negligence towards users. How hard is it to resolve a genuine issue? Disappointed and frustrated with this terrible experience.

    @Paytm My Paytm account bearing mobile no 7008217083 still shows account access denied due to mobile no blocked for the past 8 days.I tried to contact Paytm and @Paytmcare and told that it will be resolved in 3-5 days but still not solved.Kindly solve the issue quickly.

    2 months I’ve been trying to deactivate my Paytm Soundbox afterclosing mybusiness. Raised 20+ tickets, multiple follow-ups, and even field visit yet no resolution. Extremely disappointing customer support experience.Sharing this in hopes of getti@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare
