My saving account is under auto conversation into current account. inquired why this is happening customer care people told me that thier is limit of 50 transition (credit) or 50k transition on saving account. @PaytmBank @Paytm plz share the circular from RBI for this. 2/2

@Paytmcare how bad your service is. you wrongly charged for my merchant soundbox and i complaint multiple times but not getting any response from your side. they said to wait 24-48 hours but nothing happen after that. i complaint 15-20 times but your team never contacted me .

@Paytmcare due to delay in Paytm kyc , i installed another fast tag and on my travel , both Paytm and other fast tag got debited.. emailed to Paytm but none of their email is working.. fraud company, first took one year for rekyc and now not refunding money

@vijayshekhar My Paytm account having issues which are pending from almost a month now, till date there’s no resolution. @Paytm is not even keen to respond. Tweeting constant reminders from almost a week everyday tagging you @vijayshekhar & PYTM care team but no body is bothered to even REPLY!
