    @Paytmcare since one month you are unable to resolve customer issue.then it's obvious that you are intentionally harrassing citizens @Paytm pls look into the matter as it's been one month i have written a number of mails raised a number of tickets but no solution

    Hi @IRCTCofficial i cancelled a ticket on 13 Jan 2023 and got msg that your refund is initiated but it didn't reflect in my @Paytm account. but @Paytmcare service is still at lowest even I can't cordinate with them to get info. Refund reference no:338102573175 from IRCTC Help
