@Paytm @Paytmcare @One97 cust care guy forwarded the same to them and said I will get resolution. But nothing has been done or no update on my ticket. Now I have only option left to wait till tomorrow or escalate this issue to nodal office or file in consumer court.

@Paytmcare @One97 @Paytm I have issue with the resolution not being provided for my ticket 3183594555, which I raised yesterday morning. As I was doing payment fro m paytm wallet, i could see that wallet credit freeze was there which does not allow me to add money or recive.
