Booked an IndiGo flight via Paytm, cancelled it. IndiGo confirms refund done & money is with Paytm. 7+ days, ticket opened on 7 Dec, and no response at all. “24×7 support” but emails bounce & calls disconnect. @Paytmcare @Paytm — resolve this.

@Paytmcare @Paytm some of my money is stuck in paytm bank I have recently changed my primary contact number and need to update my bank records to ensure uninterrupted service, including receiving transaction alerts and One-Time Passwords (OTPs).

@Paytmcare the worst service. I booked flight ticket for 3rd December,spice jet flight was cancelled. Airline has refunded money to #Paytm. And Paytm has still not refunded my money. Really they are doing like thief.

@Paytmcare I have dm you the booking id and you have not replied even once. This is the same way i am being treated in your customer support section of the paytm app where i kept sending message from 7th dec, but haven’t got a single reply.

@Paytmcare @Paytm What kind of fraud u are doing? U are returning 50 rs for a broken bus @IntrCity even when i purchased assured lite from u. Both of u are doing scams, which need to be raised on consumer forum.

@Paytm @Paytmcare I had a flight from Hyd to Lko on Indigo thru ur app and it was cancelled by Indigo Refund was processed by them & it's been more than a week & I have not received amount in my account. Ur AI chat bot is utter useless and u dont have any customer care number.
