    @Paytm Respected Sir/Madam, I am unable to view my CIBIL score in your Paytm app. I have been trying continuously for the past one month, but it is still not showing. Even after refreshing the CIBIL score section multiple times, the issue remains unresolved.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar I am sorry to say that a single genuine matter has not been resolved even after more than a dozen requests. Such indifferent attitude towards your customer is very disappointing. Please see and settle.

    @Paytmcare @vijayshekhar 10 days passed and still no resolution. Is this Paytm’s customer service standard? No TAT, no escalation, no accountability. Kindly audit your support team before this becomes a major reputational issue for the platform.

    @Paytmcare @Paytm I am unable to login to my Paytm account from the last 10 days. Getting “Access Denied” error every time. Tried reinstalling app, clearing data, and even formatting my phone, but issue is still not resolved. I have my flight in a few days, Please help urgently.

    @Paytm It’s been hours and still no proper resolution. I already shared transaction ID, payment proof, voucher screenshots, and order details related to the Vaku Luxos scam. Enough of automated replies. Take real action and resolve this issue. #Paytm #OnlineScam #FraudAlert
