@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

I’ve even contacted the grievance contact that was on @Paytmcare ‘s website, and now that email is is not even available on the site anymore. After an automated reply asking for more details, @Paytm has ghosted me and provides no concrete updates vie email. Part 3/n
