@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@vijayshekhar Hi Vijay, I spent the last 90 minutes trying to explain my issue to three of your executives - all of them guiding me to use your chatbot which has not listed my issue. No one is ready to give me an email id where I can write the issue down. @Paytmcare sucks.
