@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@puneetvj @Paytmcare @consaff Yes their executives say different things every time I call. Sometimes its gateway issue, sometimes finance team issue and what not. This is absolutely unacceptable at least at times of such hardships the people are facing financially.

@Paytmcare because if all policy at booking time will show then i appolises but after booked ticket show its cheeter bcs customer payment already your recieved and after refund you asked undestand by bus operator and refund by bus operator cheeter, fraud, theif paytm.....

@consaff grievance no 2670891 complaint was filed on 10th April ,2021 and last update by u is on 12 th April. Is der any movement happening if yes then y is der no update. Please help as I am doing regular follow up with @Paytmcare but there is no help and only false assurance.
