@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytmcare your system is not working and is not of help to users. I was updating video KYC and after entering all data data 20 minutes , message is we are facing high demand and cannot do it. You must upgrade your system to meet demand rather wasting our time.
