    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

    Hey @PaytmCheckin @Paytm @Paytmcare , I booked a ₹13,614 flight using coupon DOMFLY24K & got a ₹2,539 gold voucher. Now it says "transaction blocked for security reasons." Customer care won't give a real reason, just saying it's "for protection." The voucher expires in 14 days!

    @Paytm @Paytmcare I am trying to set up my Paytm money account, the process is getting stopped half way. I have been trying to reach you through app, but it's unresponsive. I have got the rewards of zero brokerage till sept 30, but not able to open my account.Kindly help

    @PaytmMoneyCare Hi @PaytmMoneyCare , it is very disappointing to see your way of handling customer issues. It has been around 10 days since the tickets are raised and yet the same answer and no update on what is going on, I am including towards reconsidering your services. @Paytmcare

    Just tried to reach @Paytm customer care number of their head office. She gave me another number and hung up without listening to my issue. Also, The contact number given by her did not exist. Horrible service @Paytmcare

    Dear @Paytm @HMRLHydMetro, I made a ₹500 UPI payment at Erragadda Metro Station counter today (17 Jul 2026, 10:31 AM). The Paytm POS machine showed "Payment Failed", but the amount was debited successfully from my SBI account through BHIM UPI. Transaction ID: 103130717411 The counter staff informed me that the refund may take up to 1 week, but I request an immediate refund as the transaction failed at the merchant's machine. Kindly look into this urgently and help resolve the issue at the earliest. Thank you.

    @Paytmcare Why 6 days it is your work to do not my Why should I wait. Has I taken any loan from you. As per customer rules you can’t hold any customer without any reason. Kindly refund my amount by EOD. Else I will see u guys
