@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

I agree it can’t burn money forever but I’m sur he should know that we can’t have biz which charges to customers for everything including even issue of a cheque book or withdrawing own money. That too for third grade service.

@Paytmcare I was a Paytm postpaid Delite user, I got an offer to upgrade the limit, then there was a long glitch within the app, now when it’s fixed, I have been actually downgraded to paytm postpaid lite user with a convenience fee of 2%! Why’s this?
