@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytmcare I have paid 500 Rs from Paytm payments bank yesterday 11:52 pm but the receiver did not received it I called on Paytm customer care but they are not picking calls now.I want refund otherwise I will file police complaint against Paytm.Customer care are not cooperating
