    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare Still no response or real action from your side even after sharing all proofs, transaction details, and screenshots related to the Vaku Luxos scam. Customer support keeps delaying instead of resolving the issue. Extremely disappointing and irresponsible.

    @Paytmcare You don't seem to understand what I'm saying. Paytm postpaid accounts have a limit that the customer uses and pays monthly. I needed to close the account. I am requesting you to stop saying you are giving me other information.
