@paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

@Paytmcare Why I am not eligible for paytm postpaid although I am new cibil person(-1). Can't understand the scenario that you are not giving money to people who haven't taken anykind of borrow from some other people. Earlier you pey use to give paytm postpaid to everyone. Help.

@vijayshekhar @Paytm @Paytmcare 4/n (Cont.) easily resolved on 24*7 helpline messaging facility. Hence, I have been requesting for a call which is been ignored since about 2 months now. This is sheer ignorance. Request Team to solve the prolonged pending issue.
