    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

    I had raised a POS machine surrender request to @Paytm through 2 call centre support call & one email since 16/05/2022.Its been one & a half month but no action taken so far because they need to collect monthly rent.Its a daylight robbery. Worst ever customer support @Paytmcare
