    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare @Paytm . Reported for a transaction. Only ticket ID's are created but no resolution. Will be resolved in 4 hrs but it's already been more than 12 hours no solution to the problem. Really disappointed with this service.

    @TheOfficialSBI #fasttag I'm using SBI Fasttag linked to @paytm for my car. Last month I linked same Fasttag to Annual Pass. Now I'm unable to recharge it for local use. Showing as operator is not available. Kindly help

    @Paytmcare my Paytm postpaid is not working for a week now. After submitting video KYC, it's been a week with no response on the ticket raised in the Paytm app care section. Worst company in terms of response.

    I have been trying to deactivate and return my Paytm Soundbox but getting no response from support. Multiple complaints already raised but still unresolved. Ticket ID: 500001242981 @Paytm @Paytmcare Please arrange pickup immediately. Unnecessary charges are still being applied.

    @vijayshekhar @abcoffeeindia @Paytm only promoting particular Payment app can cause Monopoly in the system. there should be need of multiple app, and let it on customer which one to use.
