@Paytmcare @Paytm @flipkartsupport The way Flipkart and Paytm have formed a nexus and fooled the customers is a disappointing incident and Flipkart has completely abdicated its responsibility and Flipkart has also stopped its helpline service, there is no solution to the problem.

@Paytmcare as per npci, Every end-user customer can raise a complaint with respect to a UPI transaction, on the PSP app / TPAP app. But no option Payment was made through UPI wallet to UPSRTC's dynamic QR but it was shown as successful but mercant did not receive the payment.

@SamratGawai @Paytmcare Mr. Samrat, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of resolution to my ongoing complaint It has been 12 days since i have raised (Ticket ID: 5114129143). Despite raising the issue, via both email and customer care no effective action has been taken.

@PaytmCare, I live in Canada and do not have a Paytm account, but I keep receiving Paytm emails at my address. It looks like someone mistakenly used my email ID. Please help remove my email from their system. Thanks.

Paytm for Business is the biggest fraud company in today's time. They've no customer support team and the agents who come to install @Paytm Soundbox will not respond to any calls after installation. Horrible company to engage with. I'll be throwing away my Paytm soundbox @vijayshekhar keeping you in the loop to know the ground realities.

Dear @PaytmBank & @Paytmcare I have some issue with Paytm savings bank account. Trying to reach multiple time with customer support team, i think you have worst customer support workflow to resolve the issues. Not getting single proper response from paytm assistant or the agent.

@jeewangarg_ @Paytm @vijayshekhar Big fan of him. He deserves more credit than what had happened to paytm. He did something when technology was not sufficient. Only people who had worked at banks know the pain. Maintaining a transaction intact is impossible especially at India. He deserves all the credit for his wealth as well as for the humility. Paytm will reach it's heights incoming years. And Indians should support this company.
