@Paytmcare People please understand. They are very rude to customer. You people should understand customers feeling. We don't purposely won't forget to pay. We might me having some deaths or any other functions in family . Where we won't be able to use phones or email. This is really bad

@vijayshekhar @Paytm really frustrating experience with your company for simplest of things. Ordered a FasTag and noticed one number wrongly entered. No option on the app to fix this. Called toll free and waited 18 mins. Lady says wait till U get the tag and call again to rectify

A friend made 3PayTM transactions to my number crediting Rs 10K on 23/10.PayTm on my mobile shows that amounts are received in my SBI acct. But on checking online,the amounts have not been credited to my account even after 5 days. 0120456456 does not help. @Paytm @TheOfficialSBI

@Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar This is certainly not 24x7 support 24*7 Support means anytime Whether it's 1am ,5am Your Agents must take the Call and solve the issue And waiting period should not be more than 10 mins. I waited for 1 hour Wasted my time Didnt get any Help.
