Clarify your stand @PhonePe_ if you start charging for mobile recharge/upi, we will completely stop using PhonePe and migrate to @Paytm and @GooglePay . We will not pay a single rupee extra to u. I was ur loyal customer but now I'm wondering if I made a mistake trusting u.

@Paytmcare You can receive money without KYC. And don't want to return the transaction without KYC done. Its terrible to see this kind of looting scheme.

@Paytmcare @Paytm I had done a electricity recharge on 11 oct, 2021 9:15 am (order id 15495556554 amounting to Rs. 3000/-). Money deducted but recharge failed.... Till date no refund. Pathetic customer support. No response from paytm customer carr.

Upgrade KYC says @Paytm...OPTIONS - video KYC, it says update your phone, getting someone to visit, says ur area is not covered, visited a point, the shop says Bio metric is not working...next option let me decide, going to Haridwar for a dip (surajsunndaywadhwa) @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare, email for customer support is not longer available , there was no way I could connect to the customer support team, and on the app the 24x7 support chat you have, in that I can only use the option, I can't type and I don't know how i should get my issue resolved now
