I got refund for the making charges, but my gold locker balance still shows 0 gram instead of 10 grams. I am not able to reach out to call center executives for support.

They both have even stopped replying. Request everyone to take precautions before booking on Spice Jet and be very catious before paying through Paytm. Once you are trapped theres no way to exit.
