@Paytm @Paytmcare Please have a look at Paytm incompetence. Your processes are really bad with lot of dead ends. On 24x7, Customers are not given choice for the issues they want to report. Customer care is also equally bad. Ticket 3112053028

@Paytm your virtual assistant is totally useless! The customer support section is nothing but a hoax. One can't even raise the issue. I have been trying to report an issue with respect to cashback but there is no way I can do that. @vijayshekhar

@Paytmcare My 26000₹ is still stuck in paytm because sufiyan name person report me for payment he did bymistake in my account he done 160₹ payment for he asking me to send 1000₹ and aafter that he reported me and u guys block my whole Paytm Account which have 26000₹ seriously

@JioCare @Paytm This is the second time when recharge amount deducted from my account and I didn't got recharge benefits. I have tried to contact #Jio & #Paytm But there is no option to speak with customer care. #StopLootingCustomer.
