  @Paytmcare @Paytm Facing continuous issues with my POS machine for the last 2 months. No proper support, and now even the agent is not receiving calls. Extremely frustrating. Hope someone takes responsibility and resolves this soon.

  I run 7 stores out of which 5 use @Paytmcare @Paytm sound boxes of which 4 do not work and the 5 was recently replaced. Pathetic chineseass boxes yall give and charge a bomb for an annoying noise in my shops and have the worst service and escalation matrix. Whats the replacement?

  @Paytmcare After i registered complain on Paytm support …someone called claiming to be Paytm employ and then he called me and took all my Paytm and bank account detail and video called me to help set up saved account in Paytm ..do you guys do this I think i am getting scammed again😭😭
