  @ChaudharyGarish @Paytmcare This is the reason Paytm is not growing they have automated their support department and backlogged query addresses. Whether you call on any service number or do an email they just send auto generated reply which doesn't make sense. I ordered soundbox and now unable to track 😠

  @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare This is becoming a huge issue. As a matter of fact reported so many. Also informed your office last evening. This should be taken up on war footing. The other is the UPI scams. We should have a way to report the handles which try to scam.

  @Paytmcare @Paytm I have been facing a lot of problems with my Paytm A/c for last 2 days my a/c is blocked by your side. Then I contacted customer care yesterday and i uploaded photos with KYC after 2 hours your team unblock my paytm a/c but today i am facing the same problem.
