    @Paytm @Paytmcare unable to pay my electricity bill due to an “Internal Criteria” error. I dont frequently recharge or pay bills i use Paytm only occasionally. If basic payments cant be relied upon, whats the point of using the platform? Please look into this.

    @Paytm @PhonePe @GooglePay Just thinking—could we add a pop-up reminder while making a payment to add a note about the purpose of the payment? I got confused about my spending and couldn’t recall why I made certain payments. I am sure this issue is faced by many Thanks.

    @flyspicejet What the hell is going on, @flyspicejet? Taking bookings and cancelling flights at the last minute is absolutely unacceptable. SG 709 (Srinagar–Jammu 29 Aug) some passengers are informed, others arent, What kind of service is this? #SpiceJet #FlightCancellation @Paytm

    @Paytmcare I found the issue. When I uninstalled PCAPdroid, Paytm app started working. Actually, you should not have tagged PCAPdroid malicious. Its an app from Play Store. If Paytm uses HTTPS, a packet capture does not reveal anything. Hope your don't flag it anymore.

    Wtf @Paytmcare @Paytm There is no way to contact a human for customer support? Your AI raised a ticket, which promised a reply from an agent in 6 hours, but there was no reply for more than 24 hours. Your customer care number is unreachable Please reach out to resolve my query asap
