@ImPc15 @Paytm Same issue with mine, I have kyc done and some money in my account. Trying clicking on the message icon on the top right of the homepage and look at one of the last time you made a transaction. There add money option will appear. Click on it and you will get access to your cash

@Paytmcare But I have made the payment using HSBC credit card. I don't have a CC of Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait. I suspect fraud here. Please help.

@PaytmTravelCare @Paytm @PaytmTravel team I have already replied. Till now my query is not resolved. There is some limitations in the law for filing the case. Requesting you to resolve this issue ASAP and redund my amount plus provide me mental harassment amount of rs 2000.

@Paytm @Paytmcare if you don't know the timings of your bus, why are doing booking of the same. I am standing here for more then hour and called your team and no solution received. I have call on 01204880880. My PNR is G54446324. 0 rating for customer service really.
