@Paytmcare Please look into my complaint wherein I am unable to use the money I tranferred into my Paytm wallet. Each time I pay through Paytm wallet, the transaction fails. I have tried reaching out your 24X7 Help twice (Ticket ID 3151797146 & Ticket ID: 3151796650).

@Paytmcare I made a Tata Sky (Now Tata Play ) Recharge yesterday and it is still showing processing. Its been more than 15 hours and still neither amount is refunded nor the Rechage is done. Every Time I go to need help section they only say wait. Why are you exploiting us?

I'm cheated by @Paytm, they take my money as a cashback offer on 18th March that they will return within 7 days, but till now they didn't return my money Back.. I tried to contact customer care but @Paytmcare executive is also useless they didn't talk about that topic 😡.
