@Paytmcare There should be some TAT according to which you have to communicate to the customer. This is not a solution that we will do it. Its been a month now. Can't you understand the value of money during this pandemic. Who will gonna bear the interest ? @RBI

@Paytmcare more than 3 months since raised request to customer care and made 10-12 calls, more than 25 days since posted on twitter and if you are still asking for more time then be assured, will loose your customers, then you will get ample time to listen to your remaining customer if any?
