@Paytmcare No you don't connect and inspect is something you never do. Only the automated responses the customers get and after few attempts from the customer, you close the issue marked as resolved. You don't give a damn whether the issue really got resolved or not!!

@Paytmcare I have put Rs.2000 twice in the fastag recharge. It's been deducted from my account but does not reflect on fastag. I tried to speak to help 24×7 but they just say we'll get back but nothing happens. Can I speak to a human voice? I feel cheated.
