@Paytmcare i am using postpaid service from last two years paytm upgraded my account to postpaid delight in February. So first one is closed then they upgraded it but Now two accounts are active as a loan in my cibil. Please look into the matter.

I had a horrible experience with PAYTM fastag. Not able to add money as KYC need to be updated. KYC not updated despite numerous efforts. Also updated my KYC at touch point. Still problem persists. Worst experience. Plan to dump paytm fastag @Paytm @Paytmcare @RBI

@Paytm Very poorly designed chatbot and cannot get the resolution to my issues.I need an email so that I can send me issues regarding Paytm postpaid.There seems to be a charge which I’ve not taken and it does not show in the list of transactions.
