Why extra charge is levied every month despite paying the bill ahead of time. That too at 5% on 6000 rs. Close my account or I will not pay even a single penalty fine this time, frustrated with your service you fraud @Paytm @Paytmcare

It's been one month i have sent money to a merchant account but he didn't received due to technical issues... he is asking for money from last 1 month and @Paytm @PaytmMoney can't solve the problem... if you can't then credit back my money... @vijayshekhar

Dear @Paytmcare @Paytm plz help me to speak to a customer care executive. Rs 1770 was transferred to a person who don't use paytm and his wallet is not active. However money has been deducted from my wallet. The recepient didn't receive the money as he don't use paytm.
