@Paytm 1/4 Hi, I paid a shop through paytm on 03/02/22 and the status of the payment at that time was shown Money Paid but the shopkeeper didn't received the payment. I triet the help and support option and after some time they told that the payment is done and the shopkeeper

@ManabendraTrip1 @Paytmcare Worlds most pathetic service ever, I plead everyone not to use Paytm postpaid, they are just scamming people, if any of your payments are refunded back to Paytm postpaid after you have piad the bill, you guys will be in soup, they will also charge you 2%.

It's just impossible to contact customer support of @Paytm . Been trying every method but cautious the system of made so that the customer cannot contact them. More than an hour of waiting in call, useless AI bot. @vijayshekhar Why you hate your customers and investors?
