@Paytmcare - Have been trying to get a video KYC slot since the past two weeks, but to no avail. App keeps saying no slots available, customer care keeps sending the link to the app and disconnecting the call. Really painful experience!

It is very regretted to say that i dm to @Paytm but nothing is heard from their side. Neither the customer care number is responding nor any replied towards dm. Very shameful. Better to bycott @Paytm @Paytmcare 😡😡

@Paytm Yet another sour experience in terms of you honouring the offers and claims you lure your consumers with and then never fulfill them. Worse is your support model by which you never try to understand and contact the customers but rather keep on confusing or deviating them.
