A pathetic customer service and workflow of Web and mobile. They can not figure out or solve any customer related issues. I am trying to complete KYC for my business account for last 2 months. I doubt if their representatives even look in their message box @PaytmBusiness @Paytm

@Paytmcare 24x7 support is very customer un friendly.....and if you are lucky to be in touch, they talk sweet but never address your real issues! Paytm is created to cheat customers using shadow of digital revolution with Chinese collaboration (Alibaba).

@PaytmBank is the most corrupt institution. Within 2 months I’ve faced 2 serious issues of money deduction and @Paytm does not even acknowledge the issue. I’m lodging a mental harassment case against you.
