The tickets I booked through @Paytm were at a @_PVRCinemas venue in Bangalore, the show was cancelled almost 2 hours prior screening time. The @Paytmcare has failed to resolve my issue even after more than a week despite regular follow ups from my end.

@Paytmcare Not able to connect with you. I have waited for almost 1 month for return of extra deduction at toll plaza. Now you are saying toll plaza is not returning the amount. How can you justify it. Neither i am able to raise the query nor open a new one. Such a pathetic service guys.

Worst experience with @Paytm They don't have any human support system i am facing issue with paytm postpaid and trying to get the solution from last 10 days. They just have their poor bot system in 24×7 help section where my issue even not listed no support email, totally worst.
