@Paytm @vijayshekhar What a worst service from Paytm fast tag.Paytm sent wrong fasttag to me,which was not my mistake but I had to suffer a lot .I was on urgent commercial trip.There was no resolution given customer service they just asked to share details which they already had.

@Paytm My double account is created on the same number and I have to pay the money for patym postpaid but paytym service is not solving my issue . It has been 1 month since I have raised my issue and customer care is not resolving Please look to this and resolve my problem .

@Paytm you have the worst service in all payment apps. I raised a ticket 5 days ago for the closure of my account. There is no further improvement in it. Why you ask documents? Cant a person close their account with a simple process?

@Paytmcare @aseem0327 on 6-10-21 i did a bank to transfer to my pg owner amount was deducted from bank but owner hasn't received it yet ..since then am just complaining and there is no answer and also there is no record of such txn in bank statement. Worst service customer care.
