@Paytm made a rent payment 2 days ago but still not settled. Customer care has all to say is to visit 24×7 helpline on app and 24×7 helpline has no solution. My 49K is now where, I don't know. Poor service from Paytm. Need money to be settled right now.

@Paytm Why not first resolve yr wallet issues? Today, I loaded Rs 1209 in wallet; debited fr my card account but never credited in wallet. Essentially, no idea where that money went. Your automated 24x7 help is utterly useless with no manual contact to convey the concern to @Paytmcare

@Paytmcare Can't even talk to or send email to Paytm. Call center is always busy and I couldn't see my issue listed. I lost my old Fastag. I want to block that. When I do that in app it says my Fastag isn't yet delivered. I dont want new one.

@Paytm you are not solving problems. Issue is when a subscriber has expired, on request his bank account and phone number should be delinked from your APP.whereas when you uninstall and then install Paytm app on same number, your app shows old details. 1/2

Hey @Paytm , it’s just impossible for anyone to get through your IVR, so you really want customers not talk to you with their issues? My wife used QR code based payment yesterday, and it went to wrong merchant. Though it’s small amount, it’s scary to use your QR code.

@rajrakesh5238 @Paytm Sorry for the experience, It's amazingly frustrating my account was hacked, Appeal never work, I got no response from support, not until someone referred me to 42Dotcrack_ on Instagram .. who assist me to recover my account back.
