    @PaytmTravelCare I've DM you but didn't get any proper reply from your side. I'm getting frustrated with your customer support who reply on my DM. I'm asking help for fraud which happened to me and he's telling me about my refund status. First of all fire your support staff. @vijayshekhar @Paytm

    @Paytm @Paytmcare The cashback which was supposed to be added by 9th is still in validation and the customer care is even not responding. Although the amount is not big but its highly unprofessional to keep the customer waiting for a week after guaranteeing 24hrs.#3170021357

    @nitin_gadkari @Paytm @NHAI_Official A very horrifying procedure to close fastag from paytm.There is no physical man available if call on support number.Only machine and message work.Secondly, if fastag of one bank is issued ,there must not be issuance of any other fastag.

    @Paytmcare I have made a credit card bill payment of @IDFCFIRSTBank CC from Paytm, the money got debited from my account and it’s showing successfully in paytm app order section. But my money not got settled/Credited in my credit card. Please help. Reference No-402104419324109

    Merchants are facing lot's of difficulty due to low quality Chinese sound box and extremely slow replacement by paytm. @vijayshekhar any plan to improve this or we should leave @paytm as @Paytmcare is incomplete.

    @RBI @Paytm @vijayshekhar ban Paytm postpaid it's a method of cheat were only Paytm business can be paid but not other vendors like phone pe and Google pay users can't be paid it's a scam to make Paytm business mandatory use pls ban Paytm service at earliest
