@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Received a payment, and upon receiving the confirmation note, I acknowledged receipt. However, after few days, to my surprise, I realised that transaction had got reversed within 1 min. Can't get help from 24x7 helpline. Pls get someone to address issue

@Paytmcare why you guys have customer care service when can't provide it, it's been three days I transacted via upi and still haven't received refund or payment in the target account, neither the call was transferred to support team nor any response was give to ticket.
