@Paytmcare I made a Tata Sky (Now Tata Play ) Recharge yesterday and it is still showing processing. Its been more than 15 hours and still neither amount is refunded nor the Rechage is done. Every Time I go to need help section they only say wait. Why are you exploiting us?

@Paytm @vijayshekhar @Paytmcare Paytm, I have raised a ticket Id: 3154078145, on 21st March 2022, related to a savings account, spoke multiple times to Paytm Customer Care. The issue is still not resolved, each time I call they disconnect.KYC details are updated as per RBI.

@Paytmcare worst support. Not responding to my tickets tweets messages since 3 days. We should really #banpaytm in India for looting money and not supporting financial fraud cases.
