    @Paytmcare What should a customer do if some fraud company like yours eats their money? I am so disappointed. Not gonna use ur app. I have event sent my bank details because you guys said it can't be credited to the original source of payment. Still nothing. No reply.

    Guy, never book any travel ticket from @Paytm Service response is pathetic. I booked bus. Bus got itself cancelled. Still no refund. Made complaint also. But they are non responding. Very worst service. Always prefer @amazonIN or @redBus_in for bookings.

    Hi @Paytmcare I been chasing support about cancellation of flight tickets since I been affected with covid (Arogya Setu status as RED) though not hearing back. Concern ref: 12976543031 Flight is scheduled for day after tomorrow so a quick update would be appreciated
