As confirmed by the airline, the refund was already processed on 11 April and the amount has been transferred to your partner’s account. However, I have still not received the refund. This delay is causing me serious difficulty. I am currently facing an emergency situation related to my work visa process and I am financially unstable at the moment. This refund is very important for me to move forward. I sincerely request you to please prioritize my case and process the refund as soon as possible. Refund for Order ID (26712827154) has already been processed by airline but not credited by Paytm. If not resolved ASAP I am left with no other option but escalate with DGCA & NCH
