@Paytmcare I am using POS service from 3 months. I am suffering from poor services. I tried calling the agent many times but got no luck. Money has been automatically deducted from my PayTm account even I am not using the services. Please do the needful or refund my money ASAP.

@Paytm Hi Team , I made a transaction via Shopping app where I have made the payment through my paytm wallet.I have returned the product and it’s been around two weeks where I’m yet to receive the refund for the same in my paytm wallet.Not Expecting a such a bad customer support.

@Paytmcare transaction failed. I waited for few minutes however merchant did not receive the same, Initially could not make payment again as warning message from #paytm to not try again and resolution time given is 48-72 hours with no immediate help. Merchant was paid cash as you cant wait

@Paytmcare Problem : merchant unknown , location too far , paytm states after 2 days payment successful. Now after 2 days I end up paying twice and to top it all , Paytm states not our fault even though it was disputed same time. Call center people letting me the story i already know.
