On 18th may i used atm at gurgaon for cash withdrawl unfortunately cash not dispense and server error is showing but my money is debited from my payment payments bank account. Their is not satisfactory response from the paytm.@RBI @PaytmBank @Paytm

@Paytm On 13 May I have placed order for Fastag. Payment was made. But you have not shipped my Order despite multiple Requests by Help Chat on your APP. Customer Care no is of no use. Chat system is unable to solve issues.

@Paytm That’s COZ when you change the way you RECOGNISE REVENUES. Instead of netting off Discount or customer incentives at the Revenue level, one starts netting off these Discounts & customer incentives at the cost level, one gets bigger Revenue and even bigger costs. ZERO SUM GAME

Customer support-PayTm KYC specialist team has literally no idea about what verification happening in my account...One supervisor went one step ahead and told me that the documents are verified by an external team who is not Paytm....Who gave that access @Paytm @Paytmcare
