    @Paytmcare Hi I added balance in my PAYTM Wallet but now I am unable to use that balance for paying my electricity bill. Everytime I go to pay the bill I have only two options Credit Card or upi. What's the issue . Kindly look into it

    My PPBL account limit was declined. When I contract customer support they sad mail my pic with kyc documents & add pan card. I don't have pan card so I mail my pic with kyc documents and they said wait 24-48 Hours. But now they do nothing. Help me @PaytmBank @Paytmcare

    @Paytmcare somehow I'm trying to contact your customer care to stop sending me electricity bill payment reminders but I'm not able to do it. Irritating IVR can't submit query from website. Useless

    Dear @Paytm Recently I called to your customer service regarding some information like SWIFT BIC , Intermediary Bank , FFC or FBO . They denied by saying , we don't have such type of information . @PaytmBank
