@Paytmcare I have done the payment on Sept. 11,2021 of INR 2078.40 to boat-lifestyle, money debited from my Primary bank account linked with Paytm but due to some reasons Transactions failed and no refund step is taken till date from Paytm Request you to look into the issue.

@Paytm @Paytmcare i am paytm merchant pos machine user in my paytm machine had problem last two month but at your end no solution till date you send another machine that are also faulty than you send second machine keypad i had touch machine then you send third machine not active

@Paytm @Paytmcare Worst service . You don't know the criticality of customer booking a train from paytm . It goes on waiting at the time of boarding TT denied the ticket for travelling said it would be refunded . I have to pay heavy penalty on ticket to travel
