    So @Paytm down by 27.40% from the issue price. IPO valuation of 1,50,000 Crores has plummeted to 1,09,500 Crores. That's nearly 40000 Crores loss to those who subscribed & were allotted the shares. Modi level underperformance. Isn't that criminal breach of trust?
