My settlement is not being paid since many days. The customer support is worst my 9450 and 20 inr settlement is not being made by Paytm. A worst app in my life I have ever seen. Worst app for business use. My worst mistake in my like is to use this app. @PaytmBusiness @Paytm

I had booked a bus ticket on @Paytm for a friend. The date of journey was 14/09/2021. The bus was cancelled and I have not recieved the refund till date. Today is 45th day and counting. Everytime I talk to customer care executives, all I get to hear is "operator hasn't confirmed"

Then I talk to the operator, he asks me to talk to Paytm. This has been going on for a good 6 weeks. I've been using @Paytm for years now, the experience has been fairly good unlike this recent pathetic service from @PaytmTravel @PaytmTravelCare
