    @Paytmcare Nobody seems to be following up my issue, atleast give me a number where i can reach your support team. How can a transaction be in pending status even after 72 hours? I don't want an update anymore, i want my refund, otherwise ready to pay the fine as per RBI after T+5 days.

    @Paytmcare By tomo I will file a case against you and take this matter as serious aligation on you. Any take this up to the ombudsman for sure. you haven't understood the pains of the customer as an financial aggregator. I am so deprived and upset up the way you answered as like so

    @Paytmcare Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare used #FLYBONANZA promo, promised flat ₹2,000 voucher but got only 20% discount. "Up to" condition was NEVER disclosed when offer was shown! Raised 3 tickets, ZERO response, no way to contact support. Misleading advertising! #ConsumerRights #PaytmScam
