    @Paytmcare Lol! Stop copy pasting your stupid robotic responses. I am now filing this with Consumer court and I'll make sure no one in this country has to go through this torture. This is inhuman at so many levels. This is the worst a company can do to their customer during such a time.

    @Paytm Implement tonetag at homescreen and make instant payments by listening through the id from thousands of soundbox devices which paytm has put on places like smallshops to malls, juice shops to petrol pumps. A secondary option when some phone cameras are broken and mic might work !

    @Paytmcare Thats weird ....coz the convenience fee was charged only for this transaction. I did similar transaction with same payment method with the same merchant. Need help to know the reason or else I'll stop using @Paytm
