On 1st october i orderred food on @kfc app the order was not placed but the anmount got deducted on @Paytm. Till now I didn’t recieved the refund ammount.I also contacted the customer care but they are not helping it seems no one is interested.

@Paytm This is #paytm new way of resolution. I could talk no customer care executive, waited for many days and now ticket is resolved for them. And I can do nothing. They think consumers have no option other than continue to use their app in any case but I am going discontinue the ptm
