@Paytmcare So disappointed with your customer service. Helplessly trying to get my refund from past couple of months but still haven't got it. Really worst service provided. Paytm has blocked my number and email address.

@Paytmcare hello. Non existent customer care. Have issue of wrong invoice with order ID 13416777494. Invoice to be generated in the name 'vineet kumar sharma'. IVR call ends with instructing to lodge grievance on link sent by message. No msg recieved. CC nos. are non functional.

@Paytmcare @mamaearthindia.I will never suggest any one to buy anything from Paytm and Mamaearth. Won the mamaearth voucher on Paytm but it shows invalid on Mamaearth website. I hate the fake deal of Paytm.

@Paytm @PaytmMoneyCare The day by day your service quality is getting reduced. My rent payment got stuck suggested to wait why should i wait for 3 days. If you can't settled then initiate my refund. Even though the most of fraud txn happening using Paytm only. money is not safe
