    @paytmbankcare @Paytmcare your stupid support system is responding with the same message over and over again. Fed up of this nonsense. I'll wait for another 4hrs and if problem not solved, I'll delete my @Paytm account. Worst customer experience ever.

    @Paytm Hello there, payment failed but amount deducted from the bank. I put out a 24x7 help center where it said that I'd be getting an answer from your team within 4 hours. I'm tweeting this after 6 hours. I'd like my refund please.

    @Paytm @Paytmcare @PaytmBank your service is the worst ever.For KYC your app kept searching for Exec for hours.Then for manual KYC your Exec has not shown up at appointed time.Are u really fit for IPO?I think not. #terriblepaytm

    @Paytmcare FD is renewed automatically with incorrect interest. Interest earned is much lesser than Interest rate at the time of FD creation. No option to call customer care. Happened twice, loosing trust in @PaytmBank now. Looks like a fraud!

    Some serious issue with @Paytm @Paytmcare UPI transactions. Money getting deducted from the account but not getting credited to the vendor account. Customer services doesn’t connect on call. @RBI must step in because paytm has no mail ID for cust service nor their phones connect
