@vijayshekhar @Paytm You need to improve your customer support too, because no one replies to questions sent on your paytm bank care's twitter handle. Apparently they don't seem to "care" anymore.

@Paytmcare I am Aman Your Paytm customer, Your Paytm postpaid's convenience charge is too high (3% in my postpaid Account)thats way i am not using paytm postpaid therefore it should be 1 or 1.5 percent of spend Limit So Please Reduce the Convenience charge of Postpaid Service.

So frustrated with @Paytmcare! My mother's been trying to close an older account for a week and has submitted all reqd KYC documents. There's been no response on ticket raised and we have not been able to find a customer care no. It shouldn't be this mind-numblingly hard!!
