    @Paytmcare Hey @Paytm @PaytmCare used #FLYBONANZA promo, promised flat ₹2,000 voucher but got only 20% discount. "Up to" condition was NEVER disclosed when offer was shown! Raised 3 tickets, ZERO response, no way to contact support. Misleading advertising! #ConsumerRights #PaytmScam

    Hello, @Paytmcare @PaytmTravelCareI am following up as I have not received any response yet. My issue is still not resolved. I have already shared video recordings and screenshots proving that I attempted to redeem the voucher on 27 June for the same route and the same passenger.

    @Paytmcare I raised a refund request under Ticket ID 200011741269 more than a month ago, but the issue is still unresolved. Multiple followups have not resulted in any update. Kindly look into this on priority and process the refund at the earliest. Pls provide a status update.

    Had switched from @Paytm to @CRED_club upi about a year ago and it’d been great till I discovered today that you can’t export UPI transactions on Cred. The customer support confirmed this isn’t possible even as a special request. Sad. Have to switch again.

    @Paytm If the paytm payment bank has been closed then why that transaction was successful because if the bank was closed then payment should be failed but it was successful. Please help otherwise i will escalate this issue
