    Very disappointed with @PaytmBusiness Business. A payment collected on 19 May 2026 was supposed to be settled on 20 May, but the amount is still not credited to my bank account. Support is giving no proper resolution. Stopping Paytm payments until this is resolved. @Paytmcare

    @NPCI_NPCI UPI doesn't work with Nepali e-sewa bank QR code, Gpay throws an error but @Paytmcare stupidly considers the mob. no. info captured in the QR to be an indian number instead and facilitates sending ₹ to that number. I, out of habit and in a hurry, ended up losing money

    @Paytmcare Why it is taking so much time by Paytm to resolve the issue. Why no further call after saturday ??? I am sharing the details but @vijayshekhar pls note that my experience with Paytm,Paytm Money, Paytm travel is nothing to write about. Every time delay. Taking customer 4 granted

    @PaytmCare @IntrCity Boarding 11:35 PM, Delhi→Dehradun (PNR IC244992777646). Zero proactive comms. No driver number, no vehicle details, no SMS. Bus 1+hr late. Female passenger stranded with me past midnight at Sec 62 Noida. This is the #FemaleFriendly service you advertise?

    @Paytm As per offer on paytm application i am eligible for cash voucher but not received voucher since last 3-5 days . Raised query but did not get satisfactory response. Also not able to find customer complaint email id of paytm. Ticket 200011707947

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar

    @Paytm I am trying to reach customer support from past one week. I am not able to view my wallet balance and not able to use the app. It was working good before. A ticket has been raised and they repeatedly ask the same thing again and again. Can you provide a customer care number pls?
