  @PaytmCheckin @Paytmcare no dedicated support desk, no customer care number. Only option is to raise a ticket that is still unresolved, got no confirmation on booked ticket been 12 hrs now the airline says its a group ticket by agency. This is totally a fraud.

  @Paytmcare Ticket has been raised with Valorant support there is no response even after 1 day has passed. Now what should user do ? User's money is on edge not Paytm or Valorant.

  @Paytm @HDFC_Bank @vijayshekhar 📩 - However, we find that the transaction was made towards "HDFC Life Insurance" and we found that the Card holder Name was provided as "Vijay" and the Merchant Name was captured as "Vijay Shekar Sharma", due to KYC mismatch the letter was sent based on working captial policy.
