@Paytm @Paytmcare Very disappointed by paytm customer service. I recently purchased a second hand car and bought the hdfc fastag and the previous owner's paytm fastag was not deactivated by him due to which my new fastag is not getting scanned. Paytm not deactivating the fastag.

How @Paytm chooses to torture you- If you report a fraudulent transaction voluntarily and request their support, they basically do nothing, but very unhelpfully block your account without informing you. Post which you follow their million steps but get no responses from them.

@Paytmcare - I am looking for the transaction ref id details for the rent payment transactions done via credit card. There is no option to get those details through in-app chat and customer support was to share a link to raise the ticket on calling but it was never shared.

@MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT @Paytmcare add Rs 9200 on mobikwik before 7 month but my money is not credited in mobikwik wallet and money was not refunded to my paytm payments bank. if my problem is not solved in 48 hrs then i file Case against both the companies.
