I again filed complaint, customer care agent apologized, & promised that 125rs will be refunded, & on Feb10, a person came & picked up sound box till now I haven't received my 125rs refund. I want my money back, I've proofs of mails, plz resolve now @PaytmBusiness @Paytmcare

@Paytm i really frustrated with paytm app. I did not spend any amount from paytm postpaid but they charged amount every month. And help and support service desk is so irritating. Why are you charging unnecessary amounts?

@Paytmcare I have 2 accounts on Paytm on 2 different sim numbers. You don't accept 1 PAN for both. Now you have freezed my account & not releasing my wallet money. Ridiculous! When not allowed, why allow to create more than 1 account.And see the fun no customer care to listen to.

Paytm has the worst customer service. My account got blocked on 1 February 2023 and I am trying to contact Paytm customer care service but cannot do so and messaging @Paytmcare continuously, didn't getting any positive response
