@Paytm have been trying to get through your long and devious customer support funnel to deactivate my postpaid account. 1. Write to us' - redirects to a page which has 'chat' options. 'chat' allows selection of prefilled options only, and the options are not exhaustive.

Money got deducted from my Paytm postpaid account but i have not made any payment using Paytm postpaid. When I went for the transactions it is not showing the transactions in help and support option. The payments are made to Jiopos lite. @Paytmcare @Paytm

@Paytmcare With subjection of technical error ......They blocked the account on every 7th and pushed us on 8th with further convenience + Late Fees + penalty charges.... This had been done thrice
