    @Paytm Hi Team, My sister has booked a flight on 6th April from your app for 11th April, which is the JRG to HYD Route. But due to some issue from the airline's side, the flight has been canceled, and the refund is also processed by their side.

    Dear @PaytmTravel @Paytmcare, your “Travel Care” support is an absolute joke. Airlines have already confirmed the refund has been processed, yet your team keeps customers hanging for days with no proper response, no human support, and no accountability. @PaytmTravelCare

    @Paytmcare @Paytm @vijayshekhar My mobile number has been blocked from accessing Paytm, showing an “Access Denied” message during login. I’ve already raised a support ticket for 200011654211 but haven’t received any reply yet. Please share the reason and resolve this issue ASAP.

    @Paytmcare whenever I've been trying to open the paytm,The error has been showing that the device environment is not correct and suddenly automatically closes the app what should I do now ? @Paytm

    It's almost next to impossible to reach at customer support of @Paytm, it's understandable if the Chatbot is next level which is not good in this case. I am waiting since Tuesday to transfer UPI Lite from Android to iPhone. I was not able to disable on Android device as I shifted to eSIM. Chatbot just send message to understand the problem however not able to solve in 4 days. @vijayshekhar

    @OfficialSBICare i'm sharing you the upi refrence for one my refund transaction,the issue is it's refunded on the old bank account associated with @Paytm that is not active and closed few years back, it's need to be transferred in source account upi refrence: 591965171426
