    @Paytm @Paytmcare ur silence is testimony to the alleged wrongdoing & fraud by charging extra to small biz in name of QR code. U hv been silent since 2months on-if QR code for receivng paymnts is free service why club it with soundbox? @RBI pls take action against PAYTM.

    @Paytm @AxisBank last week I had done one payment of Rs 26356 by mistake to someone's paytm number. I raised the complaint immediately but I am not getting any positive response. Please help me to get my money back.

    @Paytmcare Hi Team, There is no option to connect with a live agent on Paytm. Every time it shows me a ticket that is being worked. Why can’t you tell me the timelines by when can I expect a revert or refund on my issue. Will refrain next time to use Paytm for vouchers. @Paytmcare @Paytm

    @Paytmcare Are you doing anything or not to solve the bloody problem?? Bloody frauds!!! Atleast acknowledge the problem first and have some professional communication!!! Noone should ever use paytm!! I will file a police complaint if my issue is not resolved right now!!
