One more finding- I called from my non paytm number to enquire about my paytm number and all the details about my paytm number provided by customer support executive without any cross verification. It's a threat to safety. @Paytm @PaytmBusiness @vijayshekhar

@vijayshekhar @Paytmcare I am using almost all Paytm service since longback Mr Vijay want to take paytm at top tech giant but Paytm team not doing well I was about take Paytm 1st membership , before that I was ordering 🍕 but app disappointed 😞 very pooooooor.

Worst experience ever with Paytm customer service - Reference No.: 191101842 @Paytmcare @Paytm Airline has already refunded my amount to Paytm 2 months back. I received an email from paytm that they would refund me via bank transfer. Its been more than month,still no update
