    @Paytm 2. The provided bus service did not have proper air conditioning working and after 4-5 hours, it eventually stopped working causing suffocation while traveling.

    @Paytm 1. Intrcity smartbus is a prestigious branded transport service and when we reached the boarding point, they provided us with non Intrcity smartbus service which was not up to the mark at all. there were last minute changes in bus number.

    @Paytm I have texting emailing and tweeting u and PayTM to refund the loss of 36k because of security breach in PayTM postpaid as criminal could easily log in and do fraudulent transactions from my account, nearly 50 days since and no action from you and PayTM! I will wait patiently
