    @Paytm @Paytmcare Booked an AC bus via Paytm and in this scorching heat at noon time where the temperature is 40° AC is not working in the bus, who is responsible? It's really suffocating and frustrating. Please check and fix else refund the amount with compensation.

    @Paytmcare paytm business customer service is the worst customer service i ever faced, last time they scammed me with telling me lie about the monthly rental and deducted money and now again they gave me 1 rupee monthly rental soundbox and then changed it with 40 rupee rental

    Paytm customer care for flights bookings not working! their number isnt either! what kind of customer service is this @Paytm @Paytmcare yall cancelled my flight booking without my consent and found out at the airport! i need FULL compensation. or im dragging yall’s *** to court
